A soothing residence with a large pool as in the photos , the beach right next door, the apartment was great , clean and have everything there needs. I recommend it and will be happy to come back

The tiny apartment was just right for us - we were looking for something quiet, but it was still close to Cala Ratjada. Ideal with rental car! Also we always found a parking space. Check-in and checkout went smoothly. To the apartment: Beautiful furnishings, kitchen is equipped with everything you need, there are enough towels available and to our surprise there was even coffee. We loved the complex with a pool. In some corners we would have liked a little more cleanliness, but the host proactively supported us and solved the problem. Perfect! In general, communication with the host was very pleasant and accommodating. We would come back anytime!

A beautiful apartment right on the harbor, very centrally located. We didn't miss anything. If you rather like the tranquility, you should not use the apartment in the high season. We were in March 2025 and it was still quiet. Still, many restaurants were open. We were able to relax well.

Guillermo was a perfect host. He took the time to meet us at the property. And showed us around. He welcomed us with refreshments and food too which was so lovely. He really cared for us whilst we were there. His response time to messages was so fast. I cannot fault him or his home in any way. The kitchen had everything we needed..And all the beds and pillows were very comfy. Guillermo was super kind and accommodating in every way possible. We stayed at three different places on our holiday and Guillermo’s was by far our favourite. The property was in such a pretty setting, close to a lovely cove. And perfect for exploring the local area. Our favourite spot was the Llevant National park which had AmaIng walks and scenery. Arta was a pretty town with lots of nice places to eat and a great Market on Tuesday. There were many lovely beaches and we only wish we could have spent another week there.🙏
