It is located under a mile to Buzzards Bay Brewery and Westport Rivers Winery and a 5 minute walk to the quiet little neighborhoods private beach on the East Branch of the Westport River. Outdoor sitting at Small table in the front garden & Adirondack chairs in the backyard. 1/2 block to the beach, kayak, fishing, boat launch, cafe & 2 restaurants. Home has been renovated w love and caring. No parties. Please be considerate of cleaning person.

Lovely Private Setting, walk to beach.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

Our wonderful chalet, close to the water, and a private beach within a 5 min walk, is an ideal escape destination for any couple or family. Our open A-framed home has 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with a jacuzzi and comfortable beds and linens. It's well prepared for families. We have beach gear along with a backyard with a picnic table and large Weber grill. Our place is a 4 min drive from Historic Wickford with great restaurants. We are sure you will love our vacation home as much as we do!
