Tiny house vacation rentals in Province of Arezzo

We stayed in Fratticciola for a weekend, it went great! The house is very nice, clean, and well maintained. The location is convenient, by car you can reach the nearby cities, you can walk to a winery or take walks admiring the landscapes. The host is very helpful, he responded immediately and also recommended activities in the area. We were also expecting some local specialties and wine, we were very happy!

Massimo and his family were super nice hosts. The house is separate from the main house so has total privacy and a beautiful view over the hills. It had all the amenities you can ask for and heating was very powerful. Have no negative comment whatsoever. Fully recommended!

The place is wonderful, surrounded by nature. Everything was tidy and clean. The kitchen had everything you need to cook (spices, oil, etc.) . Applause should be given to Steve and his two sweet dogs, who are always available and kind. Steve is a great host and has always made himself available from the start, where he came to pick us up before the white road with his off-road. During the stay, we needed medicines that we hadn't brought, and he provided them for a moment after we wrote to him. Amazing stay, in an incredible place, managed by an incredible person. We spent a great week in this beautiful studio with a lot of peace and quiet in the breathtaking view over Tuscany. The communication with Janneke and Hein was more than outstanding - they answered immediately and gave some good recommendations for shopping (about 8 km to the city Penny, Gala and Conad), excursions and restaurants. Both also live on the estate (above) but keep to the background and privacy is secured !!! What would be important is the approach via a 1 km long gravel road up the mountain. There really is a lot of pure nature, i.e. animals of all kinds to admire but also many mosquitoes (spray highly recommended). Living area secured with mosquito nets everywhere! If you are looking for something with a lot of love for detail, with wonderful views/tranquility, this is the place to be! All pictures correspond to reality! We can totally recommend it !!! We loved the Lucia estate. The garden is just SUBLIME the views from all sides of the property are breathtaking. The little house is so cute. Very hot inside but it's summer and despite the windows open at night it was super hot. The pool is very beautiful with views of the olive groves, lavender and surrounding hills. Sunrise is spectacular and if you're up early you may have the chance like us to find deer in the fields it was amazing! Thanks to Lucia for accepting our dogs who were very wise and perfect for them because the forest is next door to go for a walk. The property is quiet but be careful if a low vehicle for the path you have to drive slowly. Supers restaurants in Loro Ciuffena village and good ice cream . Anyway, thank you, everything was perfect. Just small bathroom but for the holidays it's fine! Thank you Lucia and full of happiness in this Haven of Peace.

A little hard to find the right driveway, but hosts were extremely helpful and came out to assist. The unit was lovely, the hosts friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
