The apartment provides the necessary amenities for a comfortable and hassle-free stay, excellent cleanliness, everything was tidy and fragrant. Excellent communication with both Marina and Cristina, who welcomed us at check-in, and explained how the house works. The air conditioning system has allowed us to create the right climate, considering that the apartment is a loft and in these days the external temperatures are over 30 degrees. We really appreciated the comfortable terrace where we had breakfast with croissants and other goodness purchased in the country's bakeries. The center of Nice Monferrato can be reached comfortably on foot in just under 10 minutes, the area is also quiet at night and at night and the possibility of parking the car on a private access road is a plus.

Lovely quiet place, inside the house you can't hear any noise, while in the garden you can enjoy its nature (we also heard deer from the woods). Being the house surrounded by the garden and the countryside there are many insects outside, but I personally saw it as an absolutely normal thing.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Rosanna’s apartment. The apartment and the pool area are very nice. We also really liked the daily breakfast basket and had a great dinner at Rosanna’s restaurant.

Very friendly couple. Even our late arrival was not an issue. The house is large, clean and well-equipped. A very quiet and nice location. For those who want their peace, perfect. It is about 30 minutes to Alba. The small villages also have charm. The son fluently speaks English. Everyone is very helpful.

We had a perfect 5-day stay at Rosangela's. The accommodation (Vaniglia) matches the photos and is practical for the 4 of us: a large double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds for our children. There is plenty of storage if you stay several days. The kitchen is simple and functional, don't expect to play chef, but there is a real oven, a microwave, a large fridge, everything you need for snacks on vacation (and Rosangela will recommend plenty of nice places for lunch or dinner out). We had our own space for eating out. The pool is great! (shared, but there aren't many accommodations). There is also a trampoline, a ping pong table, a badminton net... You have to have a car, it's the countryside, but supermarket and restaurants are a few minutes away. Cellar for tasting and buying wine. Asti is not far and it's a nice town. Turin is easily accessible by train. Recommended!

We liked it very much with a beautiful garden with pool and badminton and of course with the cats Pancake, Dragon, Babo and Big Mama (named by us haha) Very accommodating hosts and were always communicative. Thank you!!

We loved it! Lovely private pool and space in and around the house was great. Only downside if you don't like cats, they walk a lot around the house here. For us, that wasn't a problem.

Mrs. Rosa is a delightful person who immediately welcomed us into her structure. Very nice house equipped with everything you need, clean and tidy. The host was very helpful in giving us directions to the area, the country, and the activities to be done. Arranged and very flexible check-in and check-outs. I highly recommend it.

A beautiful place with super nice hosts, who gave us a nice vacation with many tips. Of course, you have to know what you're getting into, it's very secluded and quiet, but that's exactly what's special. A (small) car is indispensable to make a tasting with friendly organic winemakers, for example.

Very comfortable accommodation, renovated with great taste. Given the season, we couldn't take advantage of the outdoors, which must be fabulous in summer. Easy access place, very quiet. Near Alba and Asti. Wine tasting in the family cellar was a very nice and interesting experience. The restaurants proposed were exceptional. We recommend Silvia and her Villa Ribella 200%

An amazing place to wake up in the heart of Barolo country. Wonderfully appointed small house. Would be great for two couples. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts’ on-site helper was super communicative and friendly and made sure our stay in Monforte was the best ever.

Spacious apartment in a nice quiet area with small villages and vineyards. Beautiful views from the terrace and a lovely small swimming pool for cooling off. The air conditioning was also great during our stay and provided cooling during the nights. There is also a mini campsite on the property and you can use a sandwich service. Upon arrival there was a brochure with walks in the area so we could immediately take a nice walk through the vineyards of the Piedmont.

We were 7 travelers and we fit fine. Make sure you use the map she recommends. Being heavy coffee drinkers, of course we could have used more coffee lol but the place was lovely and the views were extraordinary. Be sure to get some of their wine, we had a tasting and brought several bottles. Amazing.

We had a great stay in this house! Spacious, modern and super cozy, it is spread over two floors well organized and cared for in every detail. Every comfort was at our disposal: from the super equipped kitchen to the super comfortable beds. The pool was an extra touch to have fun at night with friends, while the hot tub was our favorite relaxing corner. A real treat after a day out! The house is quiet, super clean, and tastefully furnished. A helpful and attentive host. Highly recommended for those looking for a relaxing getaway without sacrificing anything!

franco's place is exactly as described. Unfortunately we have used it less than expected due to family problems, but one day we will return to enjoy the beautiful garden and the beautiful house in a context of relaxation and tranquility. I recommend it to everyone

We had a lovely time at Anna‘s and Francesco‘s place! Great location to explore Asti and conveniently close to the station if you want to visit Torino for a day. The apartment was spacious and decorated with lots of thought and love. The place is also great if you‘re travelling with little kids as there‘s a small playing area on the property! We definitely recommend staying there!

This was the second time we spent our vacation in Marilena’s place. We absolutely love it! It is really clean, spacious and has a great location in Piedmont. Marilena is easy to communicate with and extremely helpful - she is all you need from an Airbnb host. We will definitely return!
