Vacation rentals with a patio in Province of Caserta

We were here for a short trip, and it was important to just get to Naples, Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. The apartment on the outskirts of town was excellent for this. It was well equipped, so you could relax there well after a busy day. There was a parking spot in front of the door. It is advisable to have a few ten cents pieces ready, since a coin is to be thrown in for each trip to the 5th floor with the elevator. From the balcony you have a great view of Naples and Vesuvius. Also there is a big bed with real duvet. Antonio was always available and was always able to help with small problems.

Second time here working near by. A very welcoming host and a spacious property. Hope to stay for a third time soon

Our stay at Michele's was perfect. The accommodation was cozy, clean and surrounded by the tranquility of nature. Michele was a kind and helpful host at all times. Everything was exactly as described and we felt really at home. Highly recommended for those looking for an authentic and relaxing experience

The host was great. The flat was in pristine and clean conditions. I went withy kids and my older one loved the room with 2 beds. He enjoyed watching TV all on his own for a little. personally, I found it great and nicely put. The only thing I would suggest is to put some toilet seat and have few kitchen hand towels. But not a deal breaker. I did message the host, congratulating her as we had a fab stay. Definitely recommend staying there. But make sure to have a car, otherwise it's not easy toove around. We had a very pleasant stay. It’s a great size for two people; big bathroom, lots of beds, very comfortable kitchen. Fabiana was a very kind and responsive host. The only “disadvantage” about this place is that it’s a bit far away from the train station if you are on foot or are carrying luggage, but if you have a car it’s no problem. Very quiet part of town, with some stores nearby.

Had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful. MariaCristina was really helpful with any queries we had. Lovely neighbours, great views, close to coffee shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend! Can’t wait to stay again!

We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

The location is in a quiet area, Giovanna in a very friendly and helpful way welcomed all my needs. The home fully reflected the description provided by Airbnb. Cozy, it was like feeling at home, but moreover it offers a terrace with spectacular views, where on good days, and on quiet evenings, you fully enjoyed its functionality. Thank you so much for everything, it felt like home.

As I travel Italy’s true history, I stopped in Amorosi, a hidden gem. This place is undervalued and you will see why because everything from exterior to interior is new. The host is a pleasure to be with, friendly and knows the area well. My fellow travelers look no further and reserve this place when available. Thank me later!! Oh, and he also offered me time at a gym he owns that is close by, truly amazing!!

We stayed at Patrizia place in August. The flat was well cool because of the air-conditioning. The flat was so clean and new. Easy to keep it clean. The communication with Patrizia and the husband was excellent. Shops are very close, 'La Reggia' (Royal Palace) 15- 20 mins walk, and also easy to visit Napoli by train. By the way 3 mins walk in Via Roma you'll find 1 of the best ice cream shop, and they do ice cream with the stevia, the sugar substitute. Perfect for diabetics (I'm 😀) Anyway I recommend Patrizia place (Re Nasone) 100% , to whoever needs a place to stay in Caserta

Giuseppe was a fantastic host. he met us at the train station and walked with us to the apartment. There was a generous supply of snacks and fresh fruit and bottled water. the apartment was clean and comfortable. we walked to a great seafood restaurant called damare for dinner. even though it was a Saturday night the apartment was quiet for sleeping.

very nice stay, very functional accommodation. hosts are looking to communicate despite being in a different language. very nice and helpful hosts.

Tiziana's apartment was a great home base for our short visit to Caserta. It was easy walking distance to the castle, historic area, train station and grocery shopping. Tiziana and Alessio explained all about the apartment on our arrival and were quick to respond when we had a minor issue on the first day. Everything was very clean and the apartment was spacious and bright with super-fast Wi-Fi and comfortable beds.

The place was great for taking a trip to Naples ( about 30 min walk to the train station). The parking space in the courtyard was very convenient to leave the car. Rossella was very helpful and nice. Thank you for the wonderful time in Carseta.
