Loft vacation rentals in Province of La Spezia

We had a great time at the apartment. Location and facilities were fab. Very spacious apartment. The bar below was rather noisy on a couple of the nights we were staying.

Andrea is a wonderful host, we loved the video directions to arrive at the apartment! The apartment is very quaint and authentic to the region. Lovely nautical theme throughout, and comfortable as well as clean. We didn't have to hike up alot of stairs after a day of sightseeing, the apartment is tucked into a private area that is easy to access. Thanks so much, for sharing your piece of paradise! The apartment is in a quiet and panoramic location just outside Lerici. Bus stop under the house. Car park under the house that in Lerici is a luxury. Sandra, the owner, is kind and thoughtful, the apartment is very clean. But the plus of the accommodation is the garden with an extraordinary view of the sea, the island of Palmaria and Tino and the walking trails to Lerici, Fiascherino and Tellaro. I can only recommend this place

A very good welcome with lots of recommendations in terms of activities and restaurants nearby. The place was nice and matches the photos. Ideal for visiting the 5 lands as the train station is not far. We'll be back with pleasure! Thank you!!

This loft is the image of its owners: extremely warm! As soon as we arrived, Elisabetta and Paolo greeted us with a smile and good humor. The place is located on the heights of the city - tip: if you arrive by train, take a taxi! We climbed the stairs and streets to the house with our luggage, it's really not advisable! The loft is well-equipped and comfortable. The living room is full of art books, which makes the places very nice. We have fond memories of our stay and its owners!

What a spectacular place to spend our honeymoon! It felt like staying in a mansion with the giant patio space on the roof. And the views could not be beat; we could have stayed outside all day watching the train station, the town, or the water and sunset. Barbara is extremely communicative and even provided a helpful video to find her home making it very fast and easy. The washing machine made a huge difference for us as well and was so helpful after a week of travel. Manarola felt like the perfect town, and Barbara's place felt like the perfect home.

Fantastic stay in Riomaggiore! The location was amazing, right in the heart of town with beautiful views. Our host, Anita, was incredibly helpful and gave us great tips for getting around and exploring the area. Highly recommend!
