Vacation rentals with a patio in Province of La Spezia

We had an amazing time at Melina's place! Easy instructions and good communication all the way. We really appreciated that Melina left us a small basket of lemons from her garden and a small bottle of limoncello when we arrived. They were very tasty :) The flat is big enough for a family of 4 and has everything you need. Excellent location, close to the beach and all main attractions of the "old town". The hiking path to Vernazza is also very close to the flat. Melina also provides a small booklet with advice on what to visit. We followed some of this advice and were very satisfied. April is a fantastic time to visit Monterosso, nice weather and not that many tourists. Looking forward to coming back.

Monterosso and Jennifer's apartment was the perfect home base for our hiking trip to Cinque Terre. We did not cook but having a refrigerator and hot pot allowed for quick breakfasts before heading out for the day. The small washing machine enabled us to wash our hiking clothes a couple of times during our stay. They dried quickly on the balcony in the sun and breeze from the sea. Jennifer is a kind and gracious host. We highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Cinque Terre and will definitely refer the link to our friends and family. Thank you Jennifer!

Our holiday in Campiglia was really very nice. The apartment was furnished with everything you need for an extended stay. There was really nothing missing. However, I wish there were covers for the duvets. But otherwise everything was great. In about 30 minutes you are on a very quiet stone beach. However, moderate fitness is required here. Perfect for people who like to hike. By bus, it takes about 25 minutes to get to the train station in la spezia , where all trains go towards Cinque Terre. However, the bus only runs in the afternoon on Sundays. But the people in the village are very helpful, an older couple took us down to La Spezia. Our favorite was the garden from which could look to the sea and the restaurant Piccoloblu, where you can eat and drink very well and inexpensively. Giulia was very helpful and we were picked up right at the bus stop. Even a later check out was no problem. I'll gladly come back. 😊

We had a wonderful stay in Vernazza and it started with the great location of Angela's place. It was clean, stocked with all you need and fit the 3 of us perfectly. The views from the patio are amazing. Yes there are steps but you are in Italy!!! Angela left a notebook of info and checked in on us to make sure all was well. We had 2 great days of hiking and enjoyed capaccino each day at Il Pirate Cafe - the owner was a character. This was a wonderful place!

We had a great time at Marco's apartment, everything was very good, a very clean apartment and a tidy strategic location to be able to move to the Cinque Terre. We really liked Bonassola, a beautiful town that offers a nice beach and nice walks along the sea. Marco's apartment is recommended to stay in Bonassola. Thank you Marco.

We had a wonderful place to stay. Nicolò was very friendly and helpful. When there were problems with the taxis, he picked us up from the train station and brought us back. All in all a perfect holiday.

We loved our stay here! Such a beautiful location and walkable to everything. Alessio is very friendly and responsive. He met us at the train station and helped with our bags, just like some others also confirmed. We would definitely stay here again!!

This was hands down the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Host was responding within minutes: helping us get into the place, directions, and even recommending food spots as well as luggage storage when asked. She was so kind and truly cared about us as guests to make sure we had a good time. The location is beautiful, and the room was immaculately cleaned and tidy, making our stay amazing in Cinque Terre. She provided videos of how to locate the building as well as how to unlock the door. The room is easily walkable to restaurants and the bus stop. The breakfast that was included was AMAZING and really made our stay memorable. We will never forget Cinque Terre and Daniele!!!!!!!

Giacomo and his lovely family welcomed me and made me feel at home. Still giving me privacy. I couldn't have asked for a warmer experience for my first weeks in Italy. It would be a pleasure to return.

We urgently needed to look for a place near La Spezia. I wanted to relax surrounded by nature. Salvatore responded very quickly to the request, gave all check-in recommendations. He and his wife met us at the gate, told us everything and showed us. They even baked an incredibly delicious pie for us ( it was hot for our arrival). Everything in the house smelled clean and fresh), the interior is made with love and the patio as well. We had an incredibly pleasant evening in their house )

I spent a week with my family in Mario's house. If I could, I would give 10 as a vote for everything! Warm welcome from Mario's family with Bruno, Maura,Gianni and Roberta who made us feel at home(even with welcome products). Every day we had long chats with them and my two girls played with chickens and their dog Fiamma. The house is perfect...large and equipped with everything you need to spend a holiday. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen,two bathrooms...the house is one km from the highway exit and is a strategic point to visit Spezia,the 5 Terre, Pisa,Genoa and many other beautiful villages and is a short walk from a Conad supermarket... I recommend this place to everyone and I hope to be able to come back one day. Warm thanks to Mario and his beautiful family!

andrea's place is in front of the train station, easily accessible and close to many places to tour and go to eat. It is a comfortable and very clean accommodation. I recommend it 100%.

This was the perfect place to stay in Cinque Terre for our family of five! The apartment had everything we needed—it was clean, spacious, safe, and even had a beautiful terrace to relax on. What really made our stay exceptional was the incredible communication. From the moment we booked, our host was so helpful—whether it was food recommendations, arranging taxis, or answering any questions, she went above and beyond. We felt truly taken care of. I booked this Airbnb for my kids and parents to enjoy a family vacation together, and they couldn't have been happier. They found the house spotlessly clean, perfectly located, and equipped with everything they needed. They were pleasantly surprised, as the house is even better in person than in the photos. They would happily return for another stay!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Archi di Sole Bed and Breakfast and I can only express all my gratitude for the hospitality I received. The property is cozy, with attention to detail, and immersed in a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. A special thank you goes to Dennis, who was not only a perfect landlord, but also an exquisite person. With great kindness he gave us a bottle of wine, a really appreciated gesture that made our stay even more special. In addition, Dad Sandro printed a document to us in an urgent circumstance. Experiences so they leave their mark. We'll definitely be back!

Vernazza is beautiful but can get extremely busy. This apartment was a sanctuary and easy to access in comparison to many other apartments. Be aware though that there are a couple of flights of stairs to navigate, although the whole of the Cinque Terre is steps 🙂

10/10 recommend! Super comfy bed and pillows and awesome rain shower head! Super close/walkable to restaurants, cafes, stores (grocery & pharmacy right next door), and beach but also felt private and quiet. One thing to note that is not in the description is that you have to climb 95 stairs to get to the apartment. It didn’t bother us, but it could be a barrier for some.

The apartment is spacious, just renovated with great care and equipped with all comforts. It overlooks the sea and from the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view. Therefore, an enchanting and very quiet location, from which it is possible to reach both the area of the Cinque Terre and the beautiful Gulf of Poets very quickly. Daniela and Massimiliano welcomed us with great care and attention, offering us great tips on what to visit, on the tourist services available and on the lesser known routes and perhaps also for this reason more appreciated. We really appreciated their helpfulness and kindness. Experience we recommend and hope to see you again soon
