Casa Gemma, located on the hill 1 km from the sea and the village, is a pretty prefabricated villa with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Arbatax. It consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a living room-kitchen with dishwasher, a small outdoor bathroom with washing machine, outdoor shower and terrace. It has air conditioning, wifi, and mosquito nets. Romantic for a honeymoon, comfortable for families and couples of friends. Not suitable for infants under the age of 2.

The apartment is located 50 meters from the town center, with all the amenities the town has to offer just a few steps away. An old building built in 1800, in an artisan style just renovated, rigorously handmade and in every detail, with materials (such as wood and stone) that our territory offers. Located 5 km from the beautiful Cala Goloritzè you can enjoy the beauty of the most beautiful beach in Italy, while 7 km away you will enjoy the charming Golgo Plateau.

Relax among the holm oaks 3.5 km from the sea

A steep and narrow street will take you to an independent little house in a valley with an enchanting natural landscape, away from the chaos, a perfect place to relax and spend quiet hours in the middle of nature. Here you can regenerate! Upon request I provide linens € 20/pax to be paid in cash at check-in. From 1/6 to 15/10, you can use a small swimming pool that is about 200 meters from the house for common use with two other houses that are on the farm.

My house is suitable for those who love to have the sea a few minutes away on foot, perfect for couples or families even with small children, it has a veranda in which to relax, surrounded by a garden in a quiet area. Depending on the season, a small vegetable garden is also available where you can enjoy our organic products. Located between the beaches of Orrì, Foxilioni and Cea where you can enjoy the blue flag sea!

Casa Cannas – Sardinian House (iun P5660)

A real sardinian "casa campidanese" in the middle of a little town. Casa Cannas was the house of my great uncle Giovanni. Built in the 40s, with traditional furniture but with all the comforts, garden with car spot, in a little street in Villaputzu, 10 minutes from Porto Corallo, 15 from the wild Murtas beach and about 30 minutes from the famous Castiadas and Villasimius beaches.
