House among the spruce trees

VirginiaRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Matteo's accommodation is a beautiful house with a strategic location to visit many places in the surroundings, perfect for hiking lovers and for those who love routes with a gravel bike. The house is a lady's house, with everything you need to feel good in both winter and summer. Matteo left us wood ready to use for the fireplace, the real gem of the house, which if you come from the city is a real treat. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is also a dishwasher, lots of utensils and a large fridge, as well as very good drinking water. Very large room with fireplace and large table even for multiple people, comfortable and spacious sofa. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a well-organized and very spacious bathroom. We stayed here for New Year's Eve but surely in summer you can enjoy the outdoors, which offers shaded and green areas all around. Maps of the area with CAI routes are available in the house, highly recommended host, we will certainly return to walk in the summer on the lakes.

We loved staying at Angiola's place. She was warm and welcoming, and she had stocked the kitchen with all sorts of great food. We did a day trip to Bobbio, which was beautiful. Would happily stay again.

Magic View with Private Pool

JessicaRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We will be back! The house is really a fantastic place to stay! It was even nicer in real life than in the pictures. The pool was definitely the highlight and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The fantastic view was particularly impressive. We also got great recommendations for excursions and restaurants. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely be happy to come back!

4 bedroom lovely home in Codivara

GunnarRating, 5 stars8 months ago
The accommodation is super suitable for anyone looking for peace and nature. Not for soft eggs, as the arrival is exhausting. All nature lovers will love it. The owners are incredibly nice, we were regularly gifted with fresh vegetables from our own garden and invited to a party. For the low price you get so much, the house is great and offers everything you need. The scenery is really very beautiful and excellent for hikes, even with young children. Some drawback is the long drive to the sea, it takes about an hour as the roads are very adventurous and narrow. 5 stars anyway!

House in the Tuscan Emiliano Apennine National Park

VeronicaRating, 5 stars79 months ago
A structure surrounded by nature and silence. Unique noise: the night sound of crickets! Federica welcomed us with sympathy, availability, advice, a wonderful lunch, chestnut trees from the property's chestnut grove and a clean and well-kept house, also equipped for our 3 children with toys and dedicated spaces. Absolutely repeatable and recommend experience, especially for Apennines in autumn and...lots of chestnuts!

Detached house with olive grove.

ChristianRating, 5 stars9 months ago
If you are looking for an authentic accommodation in a typical Italian village, this is the place. No tourists, no bustling coastal village. For this, a church and a handful of houses, from the house you can start small hikes or just enjoy the view of the mountains and the beautiful house. If you want, you can also visit nice villages in the vicinity, conquer Pisa or other cities or visit the sea by car. Those who actually come to Tuscany because of the sea or coast should schedule driving times of 45 minutes.

Tenuta Il Poggio - Entire Villa

LucaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
The estate is simply enchanting, finely and tastefully renovated. The spaces are large, the furniture refined, the bathrooms fantastic and the additional services allow you to fully enjoy the experience. A special note of merit to Anna and Barbara, who welcomed us and made us feel at home, doing their best (always with a smile) to satisfy all our requests. Special mention for breakfast, really great.

Paolo and his wife are adorable. The accommodation is very clean and very well-equipped. Only downsides:wake up at 5:30 am every morning because of the street cleaning.(it's not the fault of Paolo and his wife)

Parma Express Flat front Train Station Parking

ElenaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
I spent 3 days in Parma staying at Oksana's. Great location, next to the station and a 10-minute walk from downtown. Accommodation suitable for one/two people, nice and cozy, with everything you need for a mini vacation. Oksana, very kind, upon arrival she welcomed me by giving me tips and tips on the cultural and gastronomic routes to take; on the day of departure she allowed me to leave my luggage after check-out time. Definitely recommended

The apartment and the village are out of time and superb. Furniture, bed, cooking utensils are of high quality. The bathroom is splendid. Aldo is very kind and helped us to get to know his area better and what we could do there. We had a great time at Aldo's and will be happy to go back.

The Three Towers

KarenRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The apartment was superb: spacious, bright, quiet, impeccably clean, tastefully decorated. The kitchen was appointed with everything a serious cook would want and food markets are close by. Parking lot adjacent to the building was a huge plus for us. Piera (co-host) organized a smooth arrival with the help from her welcoming assistant Nicole who actually greeted us at the parking lot and then walked us and then walked us to the flat. As fabulous as the apartment was, Piera was the best part of our stay. She is an enthusiastic ambassador for her beautiful city. She was always available, never intrusive and promptly provided enthusiastic responses/suggestions when asked. As an aside, hubby and I want to extend a heartfelt thanks to Piera for making us aware of and then arranging entry to a unique Parma event celebrating the life of Corregio whose works are part of the cathedral and basilica. It seemed as if all the citizens of Parma was in attendance and we were voyeurs. Lovely.

Villa Madonnina, 50 minutes from Milan

MargaretRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful villa in Italy! I was there with my family for my wedding, and our host went above and beyond to make everything perfect. She was incredibly communicative, thoughtful, and supportive throughout the entire process—truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever encountered. The villa itself is spacious, clean, and full of charm. The setting is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful birdsong each morning and evening. It added such a magical touch to our stay. One small thing to note: the house has quite a bit of echo, so you can hear footsteps and movement throughout, especially at night. Light sleepers might want to bring earplugs just in case. The bird sounds, while lovely, could also be a bit much for those sensitive to noise, but we personally loved the natural ambiance. Overall, this villa made our wedding trip even more special, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommended!

Country house "CA 'DEL NOCE"

RosinaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Federica was always super helpful. The house is huge and has many amenities, including barbecue, Ping pong, board games, a well-served kitchen, and a huge living room with a fireplace. We only had a small problem with the heaters but Federica was always responsive and available to come home to assist us.

CASA BELLAVISTA

JulianRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Lovely place, the pictures don’t do justice to the spectacular views and grounds. The view from the pool over the hills and mountains is incredible. We loved the location but it won’t suit everyone, it’s quite remote and we would definitely recommend some sort of 4 x 4 or SUV when hiring a car as the road leading up to it gets very bumpy and to get to the top of the mountain and appreciate the countryside it’s better to have a more capable vehicle.

Country House La Cenerara (14 pers)

TaylorRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We were so lucky to stay at Isabella’s beautiful space this past weekend as a group of friends celebrating a birthday. The home and surroundings was even more beautiful than the photos, and was the perfect space for a large group of friends or a few families. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and their decoration was so charming. The outdoor pool was the perfect place to spend sunny summer afternoons, along with the many terraces. Isabella herself was so warm and welcoming - from the moment we arrived we felt at home and she was able to answer any questions we had for help. We ate one evening where Isabella’s husband cooked for us and the food was so delicious and the “restaurant” terrace to sit was so beautiful. We were also very lucky to get to meet the many lovely animals including Brando and the two barn kittens - a highlight for the group. It would be our dream to return one day - thank you so much Isabella!

VILLA GOLDY, a refuge in the midst of nature

GabrieleRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Renate's house in Poiano is in a fantastic location. It's incredibly quiet and you have a great view. We particularly enjoyed the hiking opportunities. (For this, we also accepted a journey by car to climb Monte Cusna or Monte Cisa etc. A corresponding app is helpful.) The area offers a lot for all hiking desires and degrees of incline, usually we met only max. 5 people a day; the Italian inhabitants are very friendly! On the mountain bike tours we often ended up in blackberry thorns etc. ; more for the very experienced. We absolutely enjoyed the 14 days!

We were able to enjoy a wonderful vacation in Sabrina's house - the perfect place to really unwind. The kitchen is super equipped, we grilled, baked pizza and cooked a lot of good food - it was wonderful! The beds are very comfortable and the house was very well maintained overall - you can feel how much love Sabrina puts into it, that's really nice. Thanks Sabrina for your hospitality! Lots of love, Katharina
