a place of peace and relaxation

the house dates back to 1871 and is made of stone and has very thick internal walls that allow it to stay always cool throughout the summer. the kitchen opens directly on the outside courtyard where we have a large table with a masonry barbecue nearby. The garden is located in the front of the house there is also a gazebo with sofas. The swimming pool is fenced and is for the exclusive use of the guests of the house only. The house is adjacent to a yellow house of my own uninhabited property

The apartment is really comfortable, consisting of living room with fully equipped kitchen (in the fridge you will find a bottle of lambrusco:). Two bathrooms, the first one with window, shower and Jacuzzi, the second is blind but equipped with a fan. The washing machine is in the bathroom. A bedroom and double bed room with twin beds.
