This is our second time returning to Parma in under a year. Parma is one of the easiest cities to fall in love with and, for us, Gianni’s place plays an integral role in shaping that narrative. It is located right near the city center, and everything is walkable and easy to access. Gianni’s place is quiet; however, if you want the hustle and bustle of Parma, simply open the balcony doors & enjoy the symphony of sounds. Gianni is both patient & kind, especially with us being Americans and new to the area. He is hospitable and quick to respond — and he has placed many thoughtful touches around the Airbnb such as a hot-water kettle, hot teas, etc around the space for guests to enjoy. If available, we will always stay with Gianni when traveling to Parma!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Andreina apartment, a recently well renovated farmhouse furnished with a mixture of modern and historic pieces. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. Mathieu and Simona live nearby and were very attentive to our stay. It is always a better experience when the owner lives nearby and tends to the property rather than using an agency. The surrounding area is beautiful. The apartment is perfect for those looking to relax and who are looking to do day trips in the surrounding area. It does require a car. Supplies are available about 10 minutes away in a nearby town.

Una incantevole villa immersa nel verde (e nel silenzio) della campagna parmense, a pochi Km da tutti i principali luoghi di interesse. Stanze spaziose e con tutti i comfort, ottima colazione. Enrico e la moglie due ospiti premurosi, gentili e disponibili, ricchi di consigli utili. Ci si sente a casa, e che casa…!

Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern in Mattias und Elenas Unterkunft und haben uns dort sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und hat alles zu bieten was wir für einen tollen Aufenthalt brauchten. Die Lage ist wunderschön - viel Natur, Ruhe. Ein paar Autominuten entfernt findet man gute Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten; und man kann mehrere alte Burganlagen besichtigen. Vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft - Ciao

Luciano sempre disponibile, appartamento comodo per me per la vicinanza alla reggia di Colorno. Prezzo sicuramente troppo elevato per un soggiorno di tre mesi.

From the opening of the gates & the warm welcome from Suran we knew this place was going to be special. As you open each door every room has a wow factor, but then you go onto the terrace and have a 360 degree view which can only be described as meravigilioso. It really is peaceful and beautiful. We was a family of 8 & the villa catered for our every need & more. The interior is tastefully decorated yet feels like home. The swimming pool was an added bonus and set in beautiful grounds. Federico was always communicative and available. His recommendations of wineries and restaurants were well received. It may be difficult to leave the villa but the local area is great to explore either by car bike or walking. There is only one negative.......you will have to prepare your heart to leave! Nice pittoresque location with a large family suite which suited well. The pool was a nice bonus and was very nice situated.
