La casa dispone di una camera matrimoniale e una spaziosa sala con divano letto, un bagno con doccia e lavatrice, cucina accessoriata per cucinare e lavastoviglie. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti supermercati ,bar ,pizzerie e tutto ciò di cui avrete bisogno.

L'appartamento I Pini ha davvero tutti servizi e i comfort che si possono desiderare! Si trova infatti a due passi dal centro ma fuori dalla ztl, il parcheggio è gratuito sotto casa o in garage. E' incredibilmente silenzioso e tranquillo ed infine, la ciliegina sulla torta è la grande terrazza dalla quale si vedono i due maestosi pini che danno il nome all'alloggio. Appena entrati, vi sentirete subito come a casa!
