Our bright studio apartment is located on the third floor of a small building (without a lift!) in a quiet street in the centre, a stone's throw from the Minimetrò and all the main points of interest. The house is small but we have tried to make it as welcoming as possible and to furnish it with simplicity and care. Not just an apartment, this is a home. Sometimes it's our home, and when we're away we want it to be just like a home for you. There's everything you need to be comfortable, including two sofas, a well-equipped kitchen and unlimited fibre internet. Views across the old city, plenty of natural light all day, central heating and everything sparkling clean. “Il Cantuccio” di Francesca is a quiet and peaceful apartment located in a strategic position: it is about a 20-minute walk from the center and its architectural beauties, from the train station and is very close to the E45 Perugia Prepo, the Arena S. Cozy three-rooms apartment in the very city center of Perugia. Its location is perfect as it can be easily reached by train and minimetro, bus or car. Piazza IV Novembre is only 500 m away. For the lazy ones, a lift and the escalators to the "corso" are at 100 m walking distance. A good internet connection and a study room make it suitable for home office working sessions as well. Be aware of the stairs & enjoy the most beautiful city in the heart of Italy!

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

The house is set under one of the aqueduct's vaults and is totally independent with a separate entrance. There is a kitchenette with a single induction hob and linens (towels and sheets) are provided. There is a double bed and a single bed for a total of 3 beds.
