House vacation rentals in Province of Pescara

We had a really wonderful time at Il Noceto. The local hosts were great and the house is wonderful: well-equipped with a great location. The pool is great and the view over the valleys that surround it are wonderful.

We did our annual meeting with old friends and it was the perfect location! There was a large living room to stay together, fully equipped kitchen! Extreme peace of mind and breathtaking scenery ! The kittens around the house are so sweet. The lady was then so kind that upon our arrival, knowing we were winemakers, she left us 4 bottles to taste in the area ! Thank you !

Emanuele's villa gave me and my friends a perfect New Year's Eve. We were greeted with kindness and care, the apartments were clean, well equipped and spacious. It was nice to feel “at home,” we hope to be back soon!

Casa Felice is a very special place. We didn’t want to leave. Arlette was very helpful with communication and quick to reply to my queries. We were comfortable and felt right at home. The house was well stocked and tidy. Everything we needed, was available, including beach toys and pool toys in the garage. Toys and games for the children, extra towels for the pool and beach. Very peaceful and safe location with amazing views and sunsets. The booklet put together by Arlette gave good suggestions for restaurants, and things to see and do in the area. We did a wine tour and tasting at Cantina Mazzarosa which I highly recommend. And the children’s favourite beach was Torre di Cerrano. We hope to come back to Casa Felice again soon.

We had the best time at Tom and Linzi’s house. From all the attention before arrival and during our stay to the perfect cleanliness and equipment of the cottage including the private pool, everything was better than imagined and we’ll gladly come back. Thanks again, Edoardo & Lucia

A vacation with a view of beauty. A perfect home for large groups thanks to large spaces, with attention to the smallest details. Light enters from dawn to dusk through the large windows and the eat-in kitchen is the beating heart of the house. The panoramic view really leaves you breathless. The rooms upstairs are really cozy, the only flaw is the little light in those downstairs. Each room has its own bathroom, a very important plus for multiple families or groups of friends. Barbecue, swimming pool, pool tables and ping pong table are the icing on the cake, which made this house absolutely unforgettable. Obviously super recommended.

We had a great time! Stefano is kind and knows how to give the right ideas for the area! You're very well and you feel very well too! walks by the sea or in the mountains, all reachable and then you can relax in the house! Beautiful place, nice people and lots to taste and see!

Ricardo, the host, was awesome. Very responsive. Got us a stroller when the airline lost ours. Gave us some great restaurant recommendations and overall was just great. Thanks Ricardo!!!

Max is a super helpful and responsive host, the room is cozy and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom offers all the necessary amenities (all new bathroom fixtures) as well as the kitchen. The welcome chocolates were much appreciated :)

What a welcome to this apartment with impeccable cleanliness and beauty. We had a great time. The host was very responsive to our requests and a much appreciated kindness. We warmly recommend this airBnB!

Catia's place was lovely. It was comfortable, in a cute neighborhood, very private. Kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of linens. Bed in large bedroom was very comfortable, twin bed was a bit small for an adult (best for a child). Bedding & towels were very strongly scented, so if you have allergies, make sure Catia knows ahead of time - to wash without perfumes. Parking is not available at the unit. Just be aware you will need to find parking on the narrow city streets. We parked next to a small park at the end of the road. Overall, it was a nice place to stay & Catia was a great host.

Cute and perfect for getting away from the city, Pierluigi is super careful to make you feel comfortable and pampered at all times of your vacation. Absolutely recommend!

Franco, Mariangela and their entire extended family are wonderful people. They took such good care of use while we were staying in fara. The house is exactly as described and in a fantastic location. We stayed during winter and the house was very comfortable. As Franco says it is the warmest house in fara. Thankyou for helping to make this trip so wonderful, I am sure we will meet again soon.

This is our second time staying in this house and we confirm how much we already knew: everything is perfect! The environment is cozy, clean and cared for in every detail, and it's really like feeling at home. The hosts are impeccable, always very helpful and very kind, and make the stay even more pleasant. We will definitely be back!

Torre Melissa is just 3 km from the city center of Guardiagrele (CH), where there are all the essential amenities. The area is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for spending a period of total relaxation in contact with nature. The entire property is at guests' disposal, including: a well-equipped and complete kitchen, bedrooms, a living room with stereo system and a beautiful balcony to admire the stars. In just 20 minutes you can reach the mountain tourist area of Passolanciano/Maielletta. In addition, a few minutes away by car, there are several characteristic villages of the Chietino hinterland area. Michele and Tiziana were really kind, helpful and welcoming at any time. We had a wonderful stay, and we will definitely be back to visit them!

Everything was more than perfect.

Very friendly and quiet accommodation. We booked 4 rooms for 10 people. It was very wide and the place was quiet, it felt like everything to us. In fact, we had dinner on the table outside in the cool under the gazebo. Letizia was very helpful and available both for the flexibility of check-in and check-out, and regarding questions and requests from us. Highly recommended.

Impressively beautiful scenery, a quaint place, a very pretty house with everything you need, plus a fantastic view and very very friendly people! What else could you ask for? Oh yes, a great bar Angelo and a great pizzeria pop's and not to forget the many exciting excursions that even enjoyed in the rain! So, everything is wonderful!

Thanks so much for a great stay. Daniele is an outstanding host. He took care of everything and always asked if everything was OK. He gave us many tips and was super friendly and sweet. Very warm and accommodating. His olive oil is awesome 🤩 The apartment was exactly as described and we lacked nothing. We felt right at home. The area is also super beautiful. The view from the apartment to the mountains is just phenomenal! The pizzeria and focacceria, as well as the ice cream parlor is super 👍 clear recommendation. The small town of Spoltore is super nice 😻 typically Italian. The sea is quickly accessible and you can do a lot in Pescara and eat super well. Only the barking dogs in the area are a bit annoying 😬 It was super nice and we will be happy to come back 🙏Grazie mille ☀️

Staying at Casa Olivia in Serramonacesca was an extraordinary experience. Surrounded by the greenery of the Maiella National Park, the house offers a breathtaking view and an atmosphere of unique peace. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Nicoletta, who immediately made us feel at home, while the host Cecelia was always helpful and attentive, offering us valuable tips for exploring the area. The garden and terrace are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular sunsets. The location is ideal for nature lovers: trails, historic villages and even the sea are easily accessible. The energy of this place, combined with impeccable hospitality, made our vacation unforgettable. We can't wait to go back!
