We had a wonderful time with two families in the mill. It was a real adventure to be allowed to stay here. We baked delicious pizzas in the wood oven and swam in the river every day. The children loved jumping from the rocks into the water. Leticia was a great host who solved any problems we had flawlessly. We really hope to return to such a great place and host.

We are so happy to have found Simona’s place for our 6 day trip to Tuscany. We wanted an apartment which was centrally located in order to minimize driving times to/from the places we planned to visit, and Simona’s place was just it. Set on a very quiet residential road, the apartment was easy to find, with street parking available at any time of the day. Green views everywhere you look. The only sounds were the birds chirping. It was pure bliss. Her parents, Carmine and Annalisa, were delightful and extremely helpful, which we appreciated. They live next door and greeted us upon arrival. The apartment was fully equipped to accommodate my small family. It was spotless and warm. There are supermarkets close by as well as small shopping Centre. Overall, we really struck gold with this place and it comes highly recommended. Thank you Simona! We hope to visit again soon 🌼 Kristina, Eric and Emma (5) 😊

It looks even more beautiful than in the photos, especially in the evening really beautiful with the atmospheric lighting and the swimming pool, the beautiful flowers and the green grass. During the day you can also look out for this and downstairs you will see the horse, pony, donkey and goat walking around together in the meadow. Various places to sit or eat, each has its own furniture set with parasol by the pool. The family maintain everything perfect and are always friendly and if something is helpful. There is even a table tennis and football table available. We will be happy to look back on our stay for a long time and who knows, we might come back again.

Like last year, I stayed here with my friends for the lucca comics, a super choice due to the peacefulness of the area and the spaciousness of the house

The accommodation is beautiful, incredibly great location on a slope, perfect base for bike rides, you can then relax in a hot tub and cook excellently in a perfectly equipped kitchen and end the evening. We will definitely come again, thank you very much :-)

Our stay was perfect, the villa is beautiful, better than in the pictures. Marco was a great host, always responsive and even helped us with an issue we had with our car battery :) The weather was in our favor this wknd, we came in May but great to stay through summer and easy to drive to other towns like florence or pisa.

Perfect stay thank you! Wow you really can't get a more central location, everything is minutes walk away. The place was spotless and the beds so so comfortable!!!! Much needed after a few busy days walking around Tuscany! Would highly recommend this place and will be back for sure!!

It was a little better than described like wifi for example was 5g better than most houses. And beautiful view. But communication was slow. We had arrived quite late and were curious about olives and cheese tasting in the morning so we could buy. Unfortunately we could not reach anyone in the morning. And we drove through.

The house and the view are absolutely magical. Spacious terrace, huge pool, a garden that is so big you can play hide and seek in. If you’re looking for a very quiet getaway, this is the right place to be. Careful, there really is nothing around!

We had a fantastic stay at Gabriella's place in Italy. From the start, Gabriella was incredibly responsive, ensuring smooth communication before, during, and after our stay. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city's best restaurants and attractions. Gabriella went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She even arranged for a house cleaner during our stay and made it easy for them to access the apartment. Upon our arrival, she met us for coffee, gave us a detailed tour of the apartment, and ensured we could find everything we needed. When the air conditioner malfunctioned, she swiftly had technicians replace it, demonstrating her commitment to our comfort. The apartment itself was perfect, truly feeling like a home away from home. It was well-equipped with all necessary kitchenware, more towels than we could use, and ample storage space. Gabriella’s attentiveness and excellent communication made our stay exceptionally pleasant. We highly recommend it!

Edoardo was very kind and the apartment is perfect, clean and tidy, very comfortable. It's surrounded by greenery in a very nice area. The only advice is to leave a bottle of water for guests, which was not there, but apart from that everything was perfect. Thank you very much Edoardo and I recommend the apartment to everyone

Very nice, lovingly furnished apartment with great views. After a few steps you are in the beautiful village. A car is highly recommended for being flexible and exploring the area. It has many free parking spaces in the region everywhere. In low season it is very untouristy and quiet. A trip to Pescia or taking the train from Pescia to Florence is highly recommended. Thanks for the great stay!

Stefano’s villa was the perfect place for our large group. Exactly as it looked in the photos and super tidy. Stefano is a really professional and responsive host, who also helped so much with advice on the area. I strongly encourage and recommend you book. We will definitely return!

The location of the apartment is great. The garden is fantastic and there are comfortable loungers in different places on the premises. However, you have to know that this is a kind of basement apartment - but you can actually see that in the photos. Had both apartments rented from Elena as a grandparent was there and were super satisfied, as both apartments are very close to each other.

We had a fantastic week at Chiara & Cristiana’s house. It was a spacious and clean house, which was very well equipped. We loved the big kitchen table for family meals and our children had fun on the piano! The gardens were great. We enjoyed swimming in the beautiful big pool and playing ping pong! Chiara was always very helpful. Her parents were lovely too. Her dad gave us some delicious big home grown tomatoes! There was a nice pizzeria near by & a supermarket 10 minutes away. Thank you for a fabulous holiday!

We had a fantastic stay at the farmhouse which exceeded our expectations. The house was perfect for our stay with two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The air conditioning was excellent and was most welcome during our stay in August. The pool is just amazing and it's close location to the house was ideal. Clotilde was very welcoming, very responsive and helpful. Clotilde offered us an opportunity to visit the vineyard and wine cellars and we were able to sample the wine produced there - this was a fantastic opportunity! There is a bank, bread shop and restaurant within a 10 minute walk and the supermarket is only 10 minutes drive away. We were only 20 minutes drive from Lucca and took the opportunity to catch a train to Pisa which worked well. I would fully recommend visiting and I hope we will be back again soon,

What a lovely place to stay. We had a great week at the property relaxing in the garden or by the pool. The house has a lot of charm and character. Pistoia also has a very quaint centre with some lovely restaurants and squares. Vittoria was very helpful as well - thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. James

Paolo's house is very sweetly cut and decorated. We felt right at home and spent a very nice week there. Paolo gave us a very warm welcome and said goodbye and otherwise we had our peace and privacy even though we lived far together on the beautiful grounds. We would definitely book again. We had a fantastic stay at the wonderful Meriggio Barn. The photos don’t do this gorgeous property justice! The house itself is beautiful, classically decorated and expansive space and very well equipped kitchen. All three bedrooms were a great size and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool . The house is set within beautiful rolling Tuscan hills with great views all around, enabling us to enjoy stunning sunsets every evening. The infinity pool was absolutely fantastic - a lot bigger than we expected and we had lots of fun relaxing and keeping cool in the water. The location is great - 40 mins to Pisa and the same for Florence, so we enjoyed visiting those cities as well as getting the train from Florence to Rome. Elisa and the owner Adolfo were perfect hosts, helping us swiftly with any questions we had or recommendations required (the tip to drive and park at the tram stop was perfect, as well as the recommendations for the best local pizza!). Perfect stay - thanks you!
