Alessio place was perfect for our family, the view was beautiful, place is just like the pictures, clean and modern, he's a fantastic host, always providing great tips for what to do or eat! If I ever come back to Florence I hope this place is available!

Departamento super cómodo, ubicación estrategica para moverse por toda Florencia caminando o en tranvia, bus. Nuestro anfitrión fue muy amable y atento. Muy recomendable

la casa si trova in un punto strategico e tranquillo, poco distante dalla stazione. Ambiente pulito ed ordinato da ogni punto di vista. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la colazione e l'acqua fresca trovata in frigo. Angelo è un ottimo host, ha sempre risposto, gentilmente, ad ogni nostra richiesta.

Nos encantó el departamento, muy acogedor y todo cuidadosamente organizado , muy limpio y con detalles buenisimos a pasos de todo lo mejor de Florencia , no necesitamos de tomar locomoción !!! Grandioso de verdad , volvería mañana si pudiera 🤗

Place is clean and cute! Close proximity to duomo, great shopping, and eateries! Host is very responsive and great! Prime location with easy checkin and elevators plus AC which I realized as an American traveling Europe is not common so it was a great feature. Also unit has a washer which is great. A cute kitchen with a big fridge, Would recommend staying here.

Wir haben einen super Aufenthalt in der Wohnung gehabt! Wichtig ist nur zu wissen, wer gerne mehr als ca 21 Grad hat sollte sich noch einen Pulli einpacken, da man den Thermostat nicht verstellen soll. War für uns aber gar kein Problem :) vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Beautiful and spacious apartment, has all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. The photos don’t do it justice! The hosts are very communicative, hospitable and responsive, we really enjoyed our stay. The arrival instructions were detailed and clear. The apartment is in a great location, just 10 minutes walk from the main train station. We hope to visit again!

This 500 year old house is ideally situated in Tuscany and the Chianti region. It is a perfect place for day trips to other towns, for wine, tasting excursions, and for visiting Florence. The idyllic setting gives you a sense of country life in Italy, and the views from the patio and house are stunning. There are spectacular wineries within 5 to 10 minutes of the house. We found the house very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very very much. Rose and Pier couldn’t have been more helpful in planning our stay and excursions. We found through them fabulous restaurants, and wineries that we would not have discovered on our own. They were also incredibly responsive when we had questions. Our only confusion about the house was that the listing showed three bathrooms, but one was in the laundry room in a separate building . Just something to know. Thank you to Rose for a lovely vacation ! It was the perfect place to explore Tuscany from!

Une expérience magique! La maison est très confortable et le décor bucolique. Malgré la Météo défavorable nous y avons été vraiment bien. Silvia et ses parents (sur place, dans l’autre aile de la maison) ont été très attentifs à nos besoins tout en étant très discrets. Merci à eux! Un grand bravo pour la qualité des équipements (surtout la literie!)

Ho soggiornato per 2 notti con la mia ragazza , appartamento comodo, zona molto riparata e facilità di comunicazione con l Host che si è mostrata sin da subito disponibile. Punto forte la terrazza fuori col tavolo dove poter mangiare all aperto in totale tranquillità.

Abbiamo alloggiato qui percorrendo la Via degli Dei, si raggiunge facilmente facendo una piccola deviazione. L'alloggio è molto carino, pulito, curato nei dettagli e dotato di tutti i comfort. L'host ci ha messo a disposizione anche cibo e bevande per la colazione. Tommaso è stato reattivo e gentile nella conversazione. Ottima esperienza!

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

The apartment is very spacious and cozy. It was very clean and it is located in a small and quiet village. It could have a few pots to make cooking easier but the rest was great. The owners were very kind and responsive.

Vacanza stupenda resa speciale dal soggiorno nell'appartamento di Barbara in quanto pulito,preciso,organizzato in tutto e con giardino e posto auto stupendi. Barbara è stata sempre precisa e chiara...e molto disponibile! Consigliatissimo.

We had a great stay in this comfortable, clean apartment. It is near many landmarks and close to the Central Market so we could shop to cook at home - the kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. The rooftop patio was an amazing place to sit and eat while looking at the Duomo. Our host offered some restaurant suggestions that we tried and they were very good. I would definitely stay here again.

L'appartamento era perfetto sotto ogni aspetto: pulito, accogliente e conforme alla descrizione. Non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema durante il soggiorno. L'host è stato sempre disponibile e rapido nel rispondere ai messaggi, fornendoci tutte le informazioni necessarie in modo chiaro. Il metodo di check-in era pratico e funzionale, il che ha reso tutto ancora più semplice e comodo. Esperienza eccellente, sicuramente consigliato!

Everything was perfect. This is a beautiful apartment in the heart of Florence. It is remodeled with all the latest updates while retaining traditional Italian decor, art and architecture. The windows in this light and bright apartment open to an incredible view, the sounds of church bells and birds singing. Bellissimo. The bed is firm and comfy and there is plenty of storage. Air conditioning works great. Cosimo is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond to make your stay the best. My husband and I highly recommend his apartment.

We had a two night stay at Lorenzo’s apartment which was very easy to find and incredibly central for all the tourist areas. Apartment was very well furnished, clean and had a view of the Duomo too. Lorenzo was available to answer any questions we had regarding best local restaurants which was very handy. Thanks !

Un apartamento muy bien preparado, camas cómodas y grandes, muy buena iluminacion y baño amplio y limpio. Todo lo que esperas de un apartamento e incluso lo que no esperas, desde especias para cocinar (un basico que se agradece tener) hasta champú y jabón e incluso productos de limpieza de todo tipo. Muy bien situado en un barrio muy tranquilo y muy conectado, con supermercados y bares cerca. Un placer contar con este tipo de alojamientos.
