Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Tuscany

With the train station nearby, Alesso's house is at the perfect location. The center of Florence is at walkable distance and we didn't have to take any transport during our stay. The house was clean and had all necessary furnishings for short stay. Thanks Alessio for hosting us.

Place is great..... Waking up in the morning and enjoying that view is priceless. There was everything in the house, especially in the kitchen. I think it is strategically located 20/30 from all the main attractions in the area.

a great welcome. the place was really very clean.we are very looking at the top it was really great. there is everything you need ( dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, coffee machine... with the coffee offered in addition👍. a great basket with fruits and vegetables from the garden. possible for the kids to make pony. the pool to finally cool off was very good too even if it is missing some sunbeds when the accommodations are all full.

Ivana was a lot requested to respond to us very quickly and gave us great tips. The apartment is all renovated and with great taste, close to the train station and easy to walk to the main landmarks.

We had a great experience at Mauro & Alda's apartment. The place is comfy and clean in a very chill and super convenient area. Fortunately we got good weather and it was very nice being able to cook and have a quiet dinner with wine in the patio.

I’m a regular guest at Natascia’s apartment, and I must say it truly feels like home. Its strategic location makes it easy to walk to the city center if you're in the mood for a stroll through historic Florence, while still offering a peaceful and quiet place to stay. There are several food stores nearby, so grocery shopping and cooking at home are always convenient, especially if you're staying longer and want to save some money on meals. The apartment offers top-notch amenities: high-speed internet, perfect for remote work; a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher; a washer-dryer; a steam iron; and a smart TV with access to all the popular streaming platforms. The cozy interior, warm lighting, and comfortable sofa and bed add an extra touch of comfort to the whole experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Federica's stay was wonderful. Her home is in a lovely place, just a short walk from Perugia. The interiors reflect Federica's sunny and elegant soul, who was extremely helpful and in great company during our stay. Surely, as soon as possible, we will return to "Casa Perla" with our little dog.

A paradise! Difficult access that is rewarded. A fantastic villa with spectacular views of the Tuscan hills. Greatly restored with modern and classic parts, plus an absolute calm, all around beautiful nature. A highlight: The spacious indoor Jacuzzi, we had a wonderful week, thank you!!

Great location, kind and helpful hosts (and family). They welcomed us at home and provided many useful directions to places/activities to do. Absolutely recommended because it is really convenient to reach Pisa, Lucca and the Cinque Terre.

Ideal place for someone who choose silence and calmness. Dreamed place for someone like us who set big price for nature/being able to reset mind and totally chillout. Area is situated far from the road and there is only a sound and smell of nature. Thats how we imagined Toscany - winery, cyprysses, wild environment and all far from loud city. Swimming pool was extra addiction which helped with high temperatures and also added prestige to the object. Access to activities/sightseeing around is very suitable - you have more than 8 different places to visit which takes almost whole day each. This object beaten up our expectations - it’s so so impressive - we will definitely come back. PS. We were with our 16months old daughter - she was happier than we could imagine. Totally recommend, Szymon and Justyna.

Very pleasant house to stay in, extremely quiet, with superb views of Lake Trasimeno. It is excellently located, since in 30 to 60 minutes by car you can also be in Perugia, Assisi, Arezzo, Siena and so many other beautiful cities. And, for those who prefer to walk or cycle, the lake tour is almost 60 km! Last but not least, Sergio is very friendly, full of attention but at the same time very discreet, and as a man of culture he will give you all the information you would like. We felt extremely comfortable with Italo and Simona. We were welcomed by Italo on the first day with homemade pizza, which we greatly appreciated - especially after the long trip with child this was very pleasant. He also had already provided us with his own olive oil and wine from the winery. In addition, he and Simona kept bringing eggs during the whole stay and there were even gifts for our 3-year-old daughter at Easter. The two are really very accommodating, nice and very lovely - we enjoyed the time with them incredibly. They were also always available if we had any questions or anything else. Our daughter was still allowed to borrow some stuffed animals and she had a huge joy in the cats and horses who lived in the vineyards and roamed the garden from time to time. The house was very nice, super clean and very well maintained. The kitchen had a huge stove and was very well equipped. We'd love to come back!

I had a great time at this place. Literally close to Duomo and everything else within 10 minute radius. The place is clean and well-maintained. If I come back to Florence, this will be the place that I will stay again.

We really enjoyed it! The house is fantastically located on a hill with old trees and has a lot of charm. The apartment is spacious, super clean and equipped with everything you need. You can reach Florence in 15 minutes by train and by car in an hour e.g. in Pisa or Siena. Nevertheless, the house is super quiet and you have a fantastic view. Since we were there by electric car, we also used the charging station in the parking lot. This was quite slow and stopped the charging process from time to time, but all in all it worked. The access to the house is very narrow, but we never had oncoming traffic as a second road runs downhill as a one-way street and the residents seem to only use the other driveway to get up.

We had a great stay in this comfortable, clean apartment. It is near many landmarks and close to the Central Market so we could shop to cook at home - the kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. The rooftop patio was an amazing place to sit and eat while looking at the Duomo. Our host offered some restaurant suggestions that we tried and they were very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, Jessica was very helpful. Good neighborhood, and very close to bus stop. The apartment is quite spacious, equipped with heater and air conditioner.

We had a two night stay at Lorenzo’s apartment which was very easy to find and incredibly central for all the tourist areas. Apartment was very well furnished, clean and had a view of the Duomo too. Lorenzo was available to answer any questions we had regarding best local restaurants which was very handy. Thanks !
