Vacation rentals with lake access in Province of Rieti

We were in town for a wedding and found this little gem close to the reception location. The outside of the building could use some work but the interior was beautiful and clean. It had all the personal touches for a lovely stay. The free parking was also very convenient and the breakfast vochures were a nice surprise! If in the area, would stay again.

Very nice and quiet village, spectacular house! Really super cozy, spacious and equipped with everything you need, in a perfect position to visit the various places of interest nearby. The landlady really made us feel at home.

We have spent two fantastic nights in this lovely clean house and enjoyed our stay so much. The views are stunning and the area are wonderful for relaxation with a lot of things to do. Many thanks should go to Mr. Paolo, the owner, who made our stay extremely fantastic with his excellent advices and instructions. You should never leave the area without visiting Forno a legna Orsini ( the best bakery in town) to enjoy the delicious Italian pizza and pastries. Amazing experience

Excellent experience, Gabriele was precise and friendly. House clean and with everything you need. The bathtub is definitely a nice addition.

The perfect little Italian getaway, in a peaceful and charming location. As a family, we really enjoyed the rustic cottage and were well looked after. Having breakfast together every morning was really lovely. We were made to feel very welcome.

Ornella's apartment, always very helpful and friendly as well as super responsive, is as described: very spacious, in a quiet location even if central (less than a 10-minute walk from the city center), with everything you need. The apartment is well maintained and, in my view, has a nice charm although some of its parts now show the inexorable passage of the years (windows and blinds). Overall the location (also close to the freeway that runs near Terni as well as the city center), the breadth and why not, even the charm it has, make it a great choice to visit Terni and its surroundings, full of enchanting medieval villages. To be recommended!

Beautiful apartment in a very small village. Ideal for hikers and mountain lovers. Attention to high heat. The 2 bedrooms are on the mezzanine under the roofs and the air does not circulate enough from the bottom windows. Can be exceptional temperatures when we were there. Luigi was nevertheless very responsive in finding solutions.

Wonderful view from a beautiful apartment, great for our needs and well located. We had a wonderful weekend and if we were to come back we would definitely try to take this apartment. Highly recommended

In a fictional medieval setting with the castle of Arronne rising behind us , the morning fog submitting us dramatically we lived moments of exceptional and unforgettable . With a point of stay the apartment we made excellent routes in the incredible nature riverside on the Nera River, we visited with long hikes on the mountain to Monteluko, Spoleto, the waterfalls of Marmore, Lake Piedi Loukos, Spelo and we left the room to go Assisi . Staying incredibly quiet with great restaurants coffee bars in the area . The owner was extremely polite explanatory present through phone contact at any time he was useful for issues regardless of the stay and the apartment but very important for the quality of our vacation and the ease of our transportation.

A modern,clean apartment with everything you need for a short stay in Terni. Located near the historical center and from the station. Thank you to the hosts for your hospitality.

A house immersed in the enchanting greenery of Lake Turano, with exclusive lake access. Inside you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Having recently been used as a vacation rental, some areas of the house are being organized. The Host is super helpful and kind. Highly recommend.
