Everything is perfect!! AMAZING stay and home!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

“We had an amazing weekend at this beautiful house in Casanina. The house is very large, spacious and tastefully decorated, which made our stay very comfortable and cozy. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home thanks to the kindness and attention of the host, who also surprised us with a wonderful detail: a delicious bread accompanied by wine and typical sausages of the area, a gesture that we really appreciate. It is certainly the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy the surroundings. ¡

Stayed in one of his apartments for 3 nights. Very kind in answering all my questions and always available. Apartment clean, very comfortable to everything (beach, pedestrian area and supermarket) and with everything you need. Highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Thank you!

Fabio is a great host. We felt really comfortable in the house. It is very tastefully decorated. The garden was great and the children especially liked it. The pool is appealing and great for cooling off on hot days. Fig trees grow in the garden with super delicious fruits. Fabio greeted and said goodbye to us and always asked in between if everything was OK - a really great service. Should we come back to the region, Fabio is certainly our first choice.

Clean and easy to access beach nice space

Beautiful and spacious apartment within a minute walking distance of the beach and shops and restaurants. With a private parking space 50 meters away. The two beach beds (including !!) complete it. Carlotta is a thoughtful host who communicates well and responds very quickly. In short: recommended.

Marina and her husband are exquisite people, able to make you feel at home from the first minute. Very available, they offer a very comfortable accommodation (a few minutes walk from the sea and downtown), functional and also perfect for a family like us with small children.

The apartment has a 1A location, right on the street, where there is a lot going on in the evening. Just across the road is an excellent and very in demand restaurant. It's about a 3-minute walk to the beach, and also a bar with delicious brioche and good coffee is right by the marina nearby. The apartment is very well laid out, the beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathrooms are superbly equipped, and the terrace is exceptionally beautiful and large. All really highly recommended!

Stunning location and welcoming hosts! We had the place to ourselves, but it's worth being aware that there are 2 other flats adjoining the property, which may be in use at busier times of year, meaning the patio area is shared. A lovely part of Italy, and the natural beauty is stunning - we saw hoopoes several times and the orchids were gorgeous.

A fantastic stay, the beach is right behind the house, shops and cafes next door, also the garden was incredibly beautiful, including a large private parking. All Italians are extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. And downtown would even be within walking distance to avoid the parking problem. The house is very spacious and cozy. The only downside: The house is unfortunately very clairaudient, from 5 o'clock you can hear the birds whistling. But overall my most beautiful vacation.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the sea and the canal (two balconies). Very close to the beach. Also close to downtown and local restaurants. The apartment itself is clean, equipped with everything you need to relax. The host is very nice and helpful. Thanks again so much.

Peaceful but close to everything’

Margherita was an amazing host, extremely sweet, and the hospitality was unbelievable. The rooms are disney themed and very well put together. She made my friends and I breakfast and it was delicious. The pool area is gorgeous and makes for some great pictures.

Great stay in this beautiful house surrounded by vineyards so very quiet. Great location to visit Rimini, Urbino, San Marin and to go to the beach in Riccione. The apartment is comfortable equipped and enough for 4 guests. The terrace is pleasant in the evening and even if we have to share it with the other 2 apartments it is large enough and equipped for everyone to enjoy it at the same time. the 2 pools are large and clean with shower and toilet nearby. A washing machine is even available near the parking lot if you want to do laundry. Sandro and his family are very welcoming and smiling and always there if you have any questions. Wine tasting of the vineyard offered on a very friendly evening. Very good wines. everything was perfect! Thank you very much for staying in your beautiful area.

Gorgeous place in the hills of the Marches. we loved this place and will surely come back to visit Maria and her family. The breakfast she brought every morning was a delight, the surroundings were beautiful and so serene and of course we all enjoyed the pool so much especially considering the heat. We felt at home. Thank you

We had a lovely week in Debora's apartment. The outdoor area with pool, BBQ and covered terrace is well laid out and invites you to relax. Thanks to the air conditioning it was also always pleasant in the apartment. Everything we needed was there; the apartment is nicely furnished and since the parking is right in front of it, there was also no long hauling of suitcases and shopping. Since there was a small key safe at the gate, we were flexible about arrival and departure. Communication with Debora went smoothly and quickly. She was a very nice host to us and we can recommend it with a clear conscience

We were a group of 13 people – with and without disruption, a facility from Switzerland - and were allowed to spend our Easter holiday in your house this year. Both the house itself and the surrounding area have delighted us, but in particular we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year around this time and have experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house been as perfect for us as a group. We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend at your place. It was a completely successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

Really beautiful place Mirco is her very kind mother. We were greeted with a very good cake and wine. It was like staying at home. 100% recommend😊
