Très bel établissement! Neuf, moderne, bien aménagé et extrêmement propre! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine, la climatisation ainsi que les facilités de stationnement.

Quiet location, secluded, clean pool and beautiful views, clean and spacious rooms, wifi works best at pool but intermittent upstairs depending on room location. There is 80$ euro cleaning fee to be paid in cash, I had 100$ cash remaining so I was ok, so be sure to have cash on hand. Noemi offered recommendations for dinner and supermarket which were great. Overall, good experience for quiet and relaxing few nights.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i San Giovanni in Poggio. Sara var mycket vänlig, kunnig och hjälpsam och vi saknade absolut ingenting. Omgivningen är hisnande vacker. Kan varmt rekommendera att åka hit.

The place is super confortable and quiet. We had a great stay. The bed confortable and the kitchen is equipped. The host was super helpful and very kind.

Posto incantevole, un angolo di paradiso nel cuore dell’Italia. Alessandra e Auro due persone eccezionali, super disponibili e pronti ad accogliere ogni nostra richiesta. Abbiamo alloggiato nell’intera proprietà (Villa principale + 3 appartamenti) per festeggiare i miei 30 anni e posso solo dire che, grazie anche alla location fantastica e al cuore con cui mi hanno accolto Alessandra e Auro, sarà un’esperienza che porterò sempre nel mio cuore. Loved the location of the property, was very peaceful and beautiful around the area. Everything is closeby to drive to in Tuscany. The pool table mentioned was unfortunately not cleaned when we visited. The rooms and property are clean and tastefully done with a well equipped kitchen to cook.

L'appartamento spicca per la posizione perfetta: vicinissimo al centro storico di Siena, tanto da poterlo raggiungere comodamente a piedi in 10', e abbastanza lontano dal traffico delle principali vie da poter godere della pace di una residenza in campagna. La cura nella pulizia e nella manutenzione della villa salta subito all'occhio, così come la cura nell'andare incontro alle richieste e le necessità dell'ospite (nel nostro caso in merito al check-in, le forniture per un bimbo piccolo, l'utilizzo della piscina fuori dagli orari stabiliti). Le dotazioni dell'appartamento sono andate oltre le nostre aspettative, abbiamo fatto buon uso di una macchina per il ghiaccio durante tutto il soggiorno e del gazebo con bbq. We had a wonderful stay at Maurizio’s apartment. It is spaceous and has everything you may need for your stay (the sauna is just the cherry on top!). The location could not be better - right next to the main square but in a quiet street. Overall a great place to experience San Gimignano!

Abbiamo alloggiato nel periodo di Capodanno. Il podere si trova immerso nelle colline toscane, perfetto per una fuga di relax e benessere/tranquillita. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti pochi servizi ma la zona è un ottimo compromesso per chi vuole fuggire dalla routine e allo stesso tempo visitare le zone più belle della Toscana (Montalcino, Valle D’orcia…). La struttura è in stile tipico toscano in sassi. L’appartamento in cui abbiamo alloggiato era adatto alle nostre esigenze, curato nell’arredo (semplice ma piacevole) e dotato di tutto il necessario. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la cordialità e le attenzioni che i proprietari ci hanno riservato all’arrivo e durante la permanenza, rendendosi disponibili per ogni cosa. Questa cura del dettaglio è emersa in diverse occasioni (per essmpio il cestino dí benvenuto con l’olio prodotto da loro, buonissimo). All’esterno sono presenti una sauna e una tinozza riscaldata, é stata un’esperienza da sogno: colline, vino, lanterne, aperitivo, braciere…

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour au Château! Rosita est une vraie perle qui nous a beaucoup aidé avec des recommandations locales. L’endroit est magnifique pour se reposer et profiter des environs. Le seul bémol c’est que nous sommes allés en avril et le Airbnb était rempli d’insectes (punaises marbrées). Ce sont des insectes plutôt inoffensifs, attirés par la lumière. Le Airbnb est à la campagne donc c’est assez normal. En plus, le temps était frais et humide durant notre séjour. Ceci dit, si vous avez une peur bleue des insectes (comme moi), c’est difficile d’y séjourner! Nous avons tué environ 20 insectes en 3 jours! En même temps, c’est le prix à payer pour rester dans un si bel endroit rustique et magique!

Esperienza magnifica! Alloggio davvero ideale per visitare la Val d’Orcia, ben tenuto, pulito e organizzato: assolutamente sopra le nostre aspettative. Accoglienza unica e totale, come se fossimo stati a casa. Laura host impeccabile, una persona meravigliosa. Torneremo sicuramente!

Pasamos una semana increíble en la casa de Pietro. La casa tiene todo lo que necesitas y es preciosa. El paisaje y la situación de la casa es increíble, lleno de naturaleza y muy cerca del pueblo. Espero poder volver otra vez con mi familia. Muy recomendable para vivir una experiencia en la Toscana!.

Ci sarebbe così tanto da dire su questo Podere, un posto unico, di quelli che ti restano nel cuore. C'è tutto quello che può servire e molto di più, tutto curato nei minimi particolari. Gli ambienti sono spaziosi, confortevoli e pulitissimi. Se vieni dalla città come noi sdraiarti in giardino e godere del silenzio e della bellezza della natura che ti circonda non ha prezzo, per non parlare della piscina termale, una vera "chicca". Ultima nota è per Federico, host gentilissimo e disponibile. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Rocca Prataia! Das Airbnb ist sehr idyllisch in der Natur gelegen und auch der schöne Pool und die Terrasse laden zum Entspannen ein 🌱 Anja hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben, sodass wir die Gegend ideal erkunden konnten.

Wir waren eine Woche lang mit unserer Freundesgruppe im Haus von Aldo und seinem Sohn. Die Kommunikation mit ihnen war sehr unkompliziert und bei Problemen wurde uns schnell geholfen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Mit der Sauna und dem großen Pool im Garten gibt es kaum einen Grund das Haus zu verlassen. Und falls man doch mal Lust auf einen Ausflug hat, sind gute Eisdielen und schöne kleine Städtchen, wie Cortona, in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Danke für diese wundervolle, entspannte Woche!

Das Haus ist wunderschön und perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders der wirklich große Pool und der sehr saubere Wellnessbereich sind hervorzuheben. Luciano und seine Familie waren sehr hilfreich und immer zugegen wenn man was braucht. Der Ausblick über das Val‘d‘Arno ist ein Traum und in 20 Min. Ist man in Arezzo. Auf eines möchte ich hinweisen: Die Betten sind in Top-Qualität und die Matratzen sind sehr fest. Wenn jemand weiche Boxspringbetten bevorzugt, könnten sie zu hart erscheinen. Das soll jetzt keine Kritik sein, nur ein Hinweis. Uns hat es sonst an nichts gefehlt (außer an besserem Wetter) und können uns gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen. Grazie mille é distinti saluti!

Marco's house is fantastic: so comfortable and well-fitted out, with views that really have to be seen to be believed. Beautiful sunsets on one of the two dining terraces was always a highlight. Some pretty walking in the area which is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. The 5 bedrooms are all a good size and the beds are very comfortable, with ample closet space. It's quiet at night (and during the day too, due to the hilltop location). Very easy to get to the old town, train station, etc using the taxi service. We had a car which we found useful for grocery shopping and running errands (like picking up pastries at Buti most mornings....), but you could get along with out a car bassed on the easy taxi service. Marco is an wonderful host and provides lots of recommendations for restaurants, which are helpful. We had one minor problem with the lock on the kitchen door, which was resolved immediately. Marco is very responsive to texts. HIghly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay in the house of David! The interior inside the house is really lovely and well choosen :-) the house is perfectly for a couple who wants to enjoy the silents and nature, total privacy is a real fact here. Mega plus is the pool that is big enough for swimming. Super easy check-in/check-out.

Het verblijf 'Casa Elisa' was beter dan we hadden verwacht. Het is een groot huis met zelfs een kelder met sauna. Het zwembad in de tuin (met buitendouche en toilet) en het huis zelf waren brandschoon. Er was geen stofje of spinnenweb te ontdekken (zelfs niet achter een kast die wij verschoven om bij een stopcontact te kunnen). Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon was adembenemend en de omgeving was fantastisch. Je bent zo in plaatsjes zoals Siena, Arezzo, Perugia en er is vlakbij ook een groot meer waar wij een dag een bootje hebben gehuurd (aanrader). Kortom, we kunnen het iedereen aanraden om bij Lorenzo te boeken. De communicatie met Lorenzo was ook uitstekend, goed te bereiken via app en spreekt goed Engels. Zijn vader komt elke dag even het zwembad checken en schoonmaken en zijn moederdag heel lief een heerlijke taart gebakken.
