The apartment is located on the ground floor with private access and is located in one of the most beautiful spots in Trevignano Romano, a short walk from the center, restaurants on the lake, the village and the beach. It consists of a large living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a patio, a garden directly connected to the lake, and a private garage. All this is just a short walk from Rome to spend a few days in a small paradise of relaxation, peace and well-being.

The Exclusive Torre del Bennicelli

A charming location, a monastery from 1600 among the hills surrounding the cliff of Orvieto surrounded by greenery but a few minutes from the Duomo, Lake Bolsena, Civita di Bagnoregio and the motorway exit. A large garden and seasonal outdoor pool are exclusively available to visitors. It consists of three bedrooms each with private bathroom, equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and billiards, a laundry room and a bathroom.

The lovely apartment Casa Parione is situated in the historical center of the Medieval town Bolsena. It has been beautifully restored and is composed of a bedroom, a light and spacious living room with sitting and dining area, a sofa bed, a well equipped kitchen (dishwasher) and a bathroom with shower and bidet. All around you can take pleasant walks to the Rio Grande dam. Very suitable for a relaxing weekend and close to nature.
