What a beautiful place! Even better than advertised. Lidia made it simple to find the place and met me there to give me the key and show me around. It is literally less than a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and dozens of restaurants and bars, two grocery stores, and boutique shops. Lidia supplied a variety of breakfast items. Stayed 3 nights, would happily stay longer. One of the best AirB&B’s I have used. Thank you, Lidia

This is not a popular tourist destination, need to be reached by car and the lake is quiet and open.The room is simple, comfortable and clean.The homeowner was very responsive and solved a few small problems very quickly. Recommended

Our stay here was great. The charming old village of Calcata Vecchia is unique with amazing sights around every corner. The space was very cozy with a comfortable bed and all the small touches to make us feel at home. The Harry Potter collection suited the home and added a whimsical touch 💕 And finally the view from the rooftop terrace can’t be beat!

The house overlooks a beautiful valley, overlooking the ruins and walls of Amelia. The swallows flash by the window...a wonderful view. The apartment is super clean and tastefully furnished. Marco was very kind and available to give us information about everything we could use. In Amelia we were treated very well and felt " pampered ". We also had a lot of useful information from the Municipality on how to make the most of our stay , including directions to the most beautiful sites to visit , both at a naturalistic and cultural level

We loved our stay at this cute cottage with beautiful views! We were kindly welcomed by Michele's sister. We got some fun tips to do in the area. The parents, who live in the yard, were ( just like the sister) very friendly, cheerful and helpful. They even washed clothes for us. Beds sleep well. All necessary items are provided. We would highly recommend Michele's property.

Sergio’s property was Amazing! The property been in his family for generations and has been taken care of with the finest attention to detail. If it were up to my wife, we would move in forever! We will definitely be back! And on top of that, Sergio is the kindest host we’ve met. He let our kids play with his dogs and brought us fresh eggs from his chickens. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Great attic apartment with spacious terrace overlooking the main piazza in the beautiful Tuscan village of Pitigliano. The apartment was light and airy with two balconies catching the sun. The furnishing and original artworks were exquisite and the kitchen had all the necessary staple commodities . Our host was very responsive to inquiries and made some good recommendations for dining and other excursions. It was a perfect stay in one of Tuscany’s most beautiful hilltop towns.

Wow, what an incredible holiday we had here. Not only is this 200 year old villa beautiful, but it also boasts a huge amount of bedrooms and bathrooms and dining areas. The absolute highlight of our trip was Marco, the incredible host at the villa. He was basically on call for the 4 days we were there and was so helpful organising taxi transfers, big shops, activities, and anything else we needed at the villa. Such amazing views and ridiculously gorgeous vineyard nearby. In the evening you can relax and not worry about neighbours. We had a party and watched the fireflies!

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

Beautiful villa in the countryside, very well maintained, beautiful garden that surrounds the house, very kind staff and present for any need.

We stayed on 12/31, 1 and 2 January. The farmhouse is really large with ample space and many functional rooms. In the living room, a large fireplace cheered us up during the days. The outdoor space is fantastic…. You are immersed in nature and hear nothing but those who are staying. Outside, a large barbecue allowed us to make a rich and abundant meal. Hosts Rossana and Cesare are exceptional, kind and helpful. The only flaw is the Wi-Fi signal is a little weak. For the rest, we were really happy and we immediately felt at home. We'll definitely be back for other occasions.

We loved our month at Villa Tucciano! Better than the pictures! Mario was the primo host and went over and above the call of duty to make us comfortable. He even helped us with luggage lost by the airline. His family was nearby and attended to our every need, and also went the extra mile. I cannot say thanks enough! We loved our stay and these wonderful people at their fabulous villa!

Exquisite host, super helpful and friendly, we had a great time. Apartment spacious, clean and with everything The necessary for those who want to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner in the apartment. The trash can for a welcome breakfast is very much appreciated. Secluded location in the hills for total relaxation although close to the centers of Pitigliano and Sorano. Rooftop x car and nice terrace To admire the summer stars immersed in the darkness of the Apennines. The pool was still closed but definitely a plus x the hot season! Highly recommended

We had a fantastic stay at Leonardo's "LA CASA DI GIULIANA” place! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we planned. Communication with the host was fast, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. We especially loved the location, the the cozy balcony and the quiet surroundings. Everything we needed was available and thoughtfully prepared. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! Beautiful place to stay! It's really good to see it outside. The cottage inside is well-kept in every detail, very cozy and super clean. There's everything you might need. Comfortable beds and well-heated environment. Perfect for a family. Very convenient parking on premises.

the trip with my daughter in Amelia was memorable.From the village a few minutes by car there is the possibility of seeing much more of wonderful as the marble waterfalls... Fabio is super helpful and will be at your disposal to take you to the apartment, plus you won't miss anything for the bathroom, kitchen and breakfast essentials...I'm very satisfied...

Luca was very kind, he made us easily understand how to enter the structure. The house was super clean and spacious, even for us there were 5 of us, it had two bathrooms and two showers. There was also a parking spot next to it. Highly recommended if you are nearby.

Great value for money, nice welcome and really relaxing place to stay. Though quite rough few kilometres to get to Roberto place, you just have to drive slowly and to rent not the cheapest car on the market:) Thank you Roberto for nice place to stay where you can relax or do sightseeing around.

We spent a weekend in Mira's apartment and it was a beautiful stay. The apartment is spacious and very clean, equipped with everything you may need (coffee, sugar and various spices too). The view of the bell tower, from which you can see the mountain, makes everything more magical especially at night, when Narni becomes almost enchanted. The ringing of the bells is what it takes to experience these places that are almost still over time. In essence, highly recommended!

We had a great weekend with friends. Beautiful location, home with everything you need to enjoy the indoor and outdoor common spaces. Very kind and helpful host. Don't hesitate to ask for tips about the area, the host's tips were great dinner and a visit to beautiful Pitigliano! I plan to come back if I go back to the area!
