Super nice decor and the indoor areas were both aesthetic and comfortable. You felt welcome and there was plenty of space. There were lots of options in the house - games, books and toys. We also experienced a flexibility that made our stay a lot easier. The beach is a stone's throw away. The area you live in also has options, but also not 100% private when you are on the terrace. Thanks for some nice days.

We had a super nice stay, a mega nice and clean summerhouse with a lovely map to the water. The cottage is located in a nice quiet neighborhood where there is no noise from the neighbors. The summerhouse had several lovely facilities, including a wilderness bath (but for a fee) as well as a sauna. - However, it is a bit expensive compared to being a little away from shopping, otherwise a really nice summerhouse with a very friendly host who is quick to come back with answers if you have any questions.

A Perfect Family Getaway by the Baltic Sea We stayed at Jörg’s apartment in Sassnitz for 4 days as a family (my wife, daughter, and I), and it was a truly peaceful retreat. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea, and the surrounding area is calm and relaxing — just what we needed. There’s so much to see and do nearby! We enjoyed long walks, a bit of boating, and exploring the charming area. It's an ideal spot for families and children, with plenty of nature and space. Jörg was incredibly friendly and always responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped, and perfectly suited for a comfortable stay for everyone including family. We absolutely loved our time here and would love to visit again! Very nice reception and I was already able to leave my suitcase in the morning as I had a short arrival because I was already on Rügen in another place. The house was ready before the agreed time. My family and I were very comfortable there. Thank you again.

It's a wonderful place to stay and our time there was just great. Maren and Stefan were very good hosts and even spontaneously provided toys for our daughter. We will be happy to come back!

just a great house, very cozy and tastefully furnished, we felt very comfortable right away. With sauna, a beach basket, an oven, all things to spend a few nice hours in the house, parking right outside the door. The center of Stralsund is only about 6 km from the property, and there is also a path parallel to the water on foot. For us, one of the nicest properties we have rented so far.

A really nice little house in a very quiet settlement. Everything worked great and the location on the water is a dream. If you are looking for peace and nature, this is the perfect place to be.

We enjoyed the week at Marzena's very much. The accommodation is very quietly located within walking distance of the lake, where you can also use the rowboat, e.g. for fishing. We were also allowed to use the garden and bicycles, which we really liked. Beautiful bike tours and hikes can be started from the property. Marzena always provided us with good tips on excursions and restaurants and was always approachable. If we find ourselves in the area again, we wouldn't hesitate to come back.
