Hello dear guests! Welcome to the Sunflower House! Make yourself at home in our one-room apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom with shower. Enjoy your breakfast on the large sunny balcony. Our house is located in a quiet residential area. It is close to the bakery and to the shops. And the beach? As you hike or drive 20 minutes by bike in a short time to white sandy beach or you can drive north about 30 minutes to the pristine west beach. Must be easy to get to know! Relax in your holiday in a relaxed atmosphere , to know the country and its people, delicious fish to eat in butene within un in the mall or take advantage of the many great recreational activities such as horseback riding , surfing, kiting, fishing, swim , snorkel, bask in the white beach sand , tennis, cycling and much more. Please only book consecutive stays during June, July, and August! The day of departure is also the day of arrival. Please note that only one dog is allowed and may stay free of charge. The local tourist tax is to be paid directly to the landlord. Thank you.

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Classic houseboat

With 57 square meters, the houseboat offers you everything your heart desires and guarantees a relaxing stay. The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

Zingsthus is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation by the Baltic Sea. Nestled in a quiet side street, it’s just a short walk from the beach. You can enjoy cozy comfort all year round, complete with a terrace and sauna. If you’re dreaming of beach air, sandcastle building, birdwatching, salt water surfing, wind-in-your-hair cycling, and breathtaking sunsets, Zingsthus is the place for you! The name Zingsthus is a playful twist on „hus“ or house, as it’s said in northern dialects.

Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our granny apartment in a quiet & central location can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and offers cozy vacation comfort for everyone. It is important to us that all guests feel comfortable with us and are happy to answer questions and make individual arrangements. Saal is the ideal starting point for exploring the Bodden region. Here you can find numerous activities for nature and sports lovers such as fishing, hiking, cycling and kitesurfing. The nearest Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

Under our thatched roof you have the Bodden in view – the 70 sqm apartment is divided into two bedrooms and a very spacious living and dining area. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and cozy corner bathtub. In the living area with sofas and armchairs, the fireplace provides cozy warmth in stormy times. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to sociable cooking evenings.

Cozy - Northeast

Our thatched roof provides a comfortable stay around the year. The landscape all the way up to Zingst can be viewed from the balcony. You may relax in front of the fireplace or on the terrace. The village has access to many bike routes and hiking trails along the south side of the Bodden and the baltic sea coast. Stralsund, Rostock and other destinations are close by.

The two-storey cottage is surrounded by a very large garden with direct access to the Bodden via a private dock. There is a large terrace and a garden at the house. With your own canoe or stand up paddle you can explore the surroundings. Of course, you can also fish at the jetty (except in May). On the large property there is a small house.
