Przygotowany jest dla 4 osób (jedna oddzielna sypialnia i rozkładana sofa w salonie). W okresie letnim do dyspozycji gości jest obszerny taras i miniaturowy ogródek. Kuchnia wyposażona jest w płytę indukcyjna, mikrofalówkę, opiekacz, kawiarkę, niezbędne akcesoria kuchenne i kawę i herbatę. W łazience dostępna jest suszarka do włosów i ręczniki.
