Small 17th century rural mansion completely renovated with swimming pool access (April to end of October), at the crossroads of Brittany, L'Anjou and Pays de Loire, located 12 km from Châteaubriant and 40 km from Nantes and Rennes. The square tower is completely autonomous and includes on 3 levels an equipped kitchen, living room, suite and bedroom. Private garden, quiet and relaxing place, ideal for discovering the Chateaux de la Loire, the Forest of Brocéliande and the beaches of the Atlantic.

The colorful studio is located on the ground floor of our 19th century house, with a separate entrance. The studio opens directly to the shared garden for you to enjoy. There are tables to eat out in the shade of the palm trees. The studio is very quiet, not overlooked. To access it, read the arrival guide carefully;=) You are in charge of cleaning.. or you have the option to choose the cleaning fee with an additional charge of €20, to be requested upon booking.

Quiet and independent accommodation

In a quiet hamlet in the countryside, we offer a single-storey accommodation located in one end of our house, which can accommodate 3 people. (a 180 x 200 bed composed of two beds that can be separated on request, and a sofa bed) With a total area of 38 m2, very well equipped, with a garden area with direct access. You can park directly in front of the accommodation. Bikes are available to enjoy the many walks nearby. Linens and hand towels provided.

A terrace, garden furniture, 2 deckchairs and armchairs are available for you to relax. Welcome to the heart of the village of Nozay in the Loire-Atlantique . We welcome you to a fully renovated accommodation that is located in an annex independent of our dwelling, garden side. So you will be completely self-sufficient for your comings and goings. Outside, parking is free. The village is dynamic and has many shops and restaurants. Please note that we are church square, the bells ring from 7am to 10pm.

La Huche – Country House

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.

Rental house of 45m2, 2 rooms with garden for 4 people. Access and almost private garden. This cottage in a stone farmhouse is adjoining and independent of our main home. There is one bedroom with 1 double bed on the ground floor and the other bedroom upstairs has 2 single beds. The space has been refurbished this year.

Small corner of nature by the water, you can enjoy the terrace to relax, with its magnificent view of the pond. The house has a private bedroom, also an extra sofa bed for two beds. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom with walk-in shower. A pleasant setting for a moment of connection to nature.

Cottage with indoor heated pool (28-30°C) summer like Winter. And hammam only for you, optional (€40 for 4 hours) For a few days and nights of relaxation in peace, in complete privacy. It's up to you to find your "love-room" here... It's possible to bring a baby under 6 months of age.
