We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

Roland was a very responsive and gregarious host. Apartment is 10 minute walk to the Linz Hauptbahnhof and street parking is almost always available very close, just down a short Stiege. Roland even drove me to my new, permanent apartment when my stay was done.

What a great place to spend the night, spacious home, lovely garden. Good beds and quiet environment. Only the car can't be parked at the property.
