Chaloupka U Dorotky is a stand-alone cottage on Palčovka Mountain in the village of Huty, near the Western Tatras and right at the entrance to the Kvačianska Valley. Originally, it was an older mobile home, which we lovingly converted into a cozy mountain cottage. It is located behind the stream, a short distance from the main cottage, so it offers more privacy and the tranquillity of nature. Inside, there is a wood-burning stove that creates a cozy atmosphere. An ideal place for relaxation, hiking, and the tranquility of the mountains. Guests can also make use of the barn, the cellar bar, and the summer terrace on Palčovka.

The house is located on the border of Liptov and Orava. Near the house there are several beautiful hills with a great view. In the village there is a popular climbing rock (see photo), rock Hlavačka, swing of love,..Hiking road to Veľký Choc is located 5 min. by car.

Two apartments, a modern bathroom, and a big living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The house is 150+years old - it is cozy, freshly reconstructed, and well-maintained & equipped. It is made for rest and relaxation and for vacation in every season. At the cottage there is a wooden barrel sauna with a cooling tub, deck chairs. In close availability, there are 3 auqaparks. In winter, one of three ski slopes can be used, located within 20 minutes from the accommodation.
