Cristian and Juan’s place was such a gem. It’s just far enough from town to feel peaceful and private, but still a 10-minute walk to all the action. The view of the jungle and mountains? Unreal. Perfect spot to nap or tan on the patio after the beach. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The kitchen made it easy to whip up breakfast, and their tips for food spots, beaches, and things to do were on point. You can tell they genuinely care—everything felt thoughtful and welcoming. And their dog Panda? Total sweetheart. The hill it’s on gives an extra bit of calm and privacy, but something to note if mobility is an issue! It was perfect for us and added to the views. Safe, serene, and full of good energy. We’d stay again in a heartbeat. Cristian and Juan are truly lovely hosts.

I had some remodeling work in my home that consisted in completely moving out for 9 days and the apt was so close to my house and kids school that my stay there was much more easier than I thought. Such a beautiful apt.

Our stay was great!!! Very easy to find and was within walking distance of ATT Stadium Quiet neighborhood and the people around were friendly. The place was very clean and full of amenities. If we had stayed longer they definitely would have been used.

We had an amazing experience in this apartment. It exceeded our expectations. The place is not only spacious and bright, but also much nicer than the pictures! The cleanliness is impeccable, the furnishings of excellent quality, and everything is perfectly equipped: full kitchen, cleaning supplies, modern appliances, efficient air conditioning, very good quality linens and towels. It really has everything you need to make yourself at home, even for extended stays. The location is also a great point in favor, safe and with quick access to everything you need. Renatto is attentive, friendly and available at all times. Definitely one of the best homes I've stayed in. I would recommend it 100%

Claudia's place was a perfect home away from home. Our company was in town to do some work and Claudia's place was perfect for our needs. Easy to find, a ton of parking (including a lot across the street), and a beautifully renovated and clean space. Claudia was flexible with our dates and responsive to any and all questions we had!

Beautifully secluded, yet not far from the action in town. A wonderful escape for a short travel or extended stay. Would highly recommend.

Henry's place is amazing, it's a very nice house, clean and clear that the pool is the plus of home; personally I always appreciate a good bed and this exceeded my expectations since the mattress, sheets and pillows fascinated me. Henry is an excellent person like the rest of his family and work team, very friendly and always respectful. I definitely recommend the place and very soon I hope to return.

Christine’s place was comfortable and welcoming. She has thought of nearly every thing you could need and provided it conveniently. Super quiet neighborhood in Harlingen that’s close to the freeway and a short drive from all the restaurants, shopping, and groceries. I highly recommend this place especially since it’s pet friendly and the fenced in back yard is a big help.

We really liked this spot. The house was perfectly laid out for a family with two kids. The pool was great to cool off during the hot part of the day. Easy walk to town. Owners of the house upstairs were really nice and you really couldn't tell they were there. Definitely recommend this place.

I absolutely loved my stay at Velma and Jude’s condo. The condo was more roomy than I imagined. The kitchen was beautiful and I loved cooking meals at their place. The condo was comfortable and had everything I needed even for my short stay. The neighbors were quiet and the place in general was very calm with little to no traffic noise. The room was beautiful and her place was beautiful I loved the little details around the place and would definitely come back and stay again. It was perfect for me!

Perfect home away from home. Large spacious two bedroom with all the amenities of home - washer, dryer, kitchen with great appliances, pool, hot tub. Community is enclosed with electric gates. Short walk to the beach. We so enjoyed our stay and will return.

It was wonderful to be so close to the water. The space was just enough for me and my girls and my fur girls. It was easy access for my fur girls to go out for restroom breaks or early walks by the water.

Whether you are standing in the kitchen or the balcony, you have amazing views of the Gulf!!! Host provides everything you would need for an amazing stay - beach towels, tennis rackets, pool inflatables, and a well equipped kitchen. Plus a big comfy couch and TV in the living room. November is definitely the time to go to SPI - perfect weather and not crowded. Saida offers everything - 3 swimming pools, beach access, and 4 tennis courts. Wonderful stay!

As others have said, this is a super well-located apartment and ideal for two couples or a family to share. The outdoor terrace is a big plus—we had dinner out there twice when we needed a break from CDMX’s terrific restaurants. We did not find it noisy. Victoria was quick to respond to a plumbing issue and got it fixed on a Sunday no less. Great neighborhood, close to bus and metro, wonderful stay. Also super convenient to have a doorman and a washer and dryer.
