This is a very small, but newly renovated tiny house! 12' x 16' one room, queen bed, nice size shower and toilet with barn door for privacy in bathroom. Sit-up bar with two stools, smart TV with electric fireplace in the corner gives it a touch of romance! Loveseat with ottoman. Small loft that kids could sleep in for short stays. We have 3 bedrooms - the cowboy room, the railroad room, and the Master Suite with its tasteful decor featuring southwest art from local artists. The kitchen is fully stocked and you can park in the 2-car garage. Plus we have added a large hot tub to the back patio and a privacy fence.
