The place is very clean, impeccable as in the photos, I enjoyed 4 days with my family, we were very comfortable, there is the possibility of hiring Blanquita to cook and clean the place and I recommend her 100% it was worth it, excellent cooking and she has a beautiful attitude, what is worth taking into account is that the cost of the stay depends on how many people are staying, I would come back and I highly recommend it

Very amazing private and secure location. seemed like a few acres behind a large wall butted up to a beautiful mountain with excellent landscaping everywhere.

Great landscaping. Well furnished but nothing so fancy you’re afraid your kids will destroy it. Super responsive and friendly family lives on site to assist with anything needed. Only con is address is sent at last minute before typically boarding a late night flight so there is not time to do any google mapping. Property is located on down a dark dirt alley - never a great feeling being anywhere and having your taxi go down a narrow dirt road at 1am and not knowing beforehand. The instructions pdf for the property should have a picture or a disclaimer - don’t worry the narrow ally road is in deed the correct way. Over all great property and if I was with a group in the Quito area would totally stay again!

a modern, new house, quiet, located in a gated complex with great views. The center of Sangolqui is within easy reach. Landlord is very friendly and helpful, gives lots of tips. I'd love to come back

The communication was very good. The place was as described and is in a secured facility with 24 hours guard. There are restaurants, shopping centers in the area, etc. I can highly recommend the place. Thank you very much.

Jorge was attentive to everything, and was careful in every detail, the house was very nice, cozy, I felt at home. My husband, my son and I loved it.

Amandine's place is very 'organic' to stay in, if you know what I mean - the whole house and property is constructed with natural materials, lots of quality wood furnishings in the kitchen and property. The area is great, within a 10minute walk down the stairs near the property (not by the road, so no cars) you're next to the church and another, 10 minute from there you are at a beautiful park with grass, trees, etc. In the other direction, towards Quito, you're at a supermarket (supermaxi) within 15 minutes walking along quiet neighborhood streets. So the location is great. Amandine is also very nice, and her family as well, and the area is very quiet. Feels very countryside for being just a 10minute-uber from the centre. The only negative was it was a bit dusty, but this is likely because we booked the night before AND also asked to check-in early, or because we were the first booking in awhile. Everything else was perfect, so I'm sure this won't be a problem in the future.

Be fascinated with the place, it was something very nice. Everything is super clean and tidy. We loved it. We felt right at home.

It looks like everything in the house is done with great affection It is a peaceful space to rest and spend time with the family

Jaime is an awesome host. He made our stay unforgettable as always. He goes above and beyond with our requests. He was responsive, friendly and respectful. We are always glad to stay in that adorable property. I hope the upcoming guest/s are as respectful as we were of his house. Guest/s please treat it as your own home. If you need a large home in Quito Tenis at the last minute, this is your place! This is 1970's Quito Architecture as mentioned in the ad. However, that also means it is spacious. I actually thought the home looked a little better than in the pics. There were even some games for our young kids. There are no drapes on 2 of the bedroom windows. So, bring an eye-mask or use some of the many extra sheets as needed. This was a last minute rental and the host was great to work with. Thank you.

Great place. I felt very well. It's a place that offers great peace and tranquility. The house is beautiful and met my expectations. Both Mr. Richard and Mrs. Monica were very attentive and helpful. I hope to enjoy this cozy home again on my next trip. I highly recommend it in every way.

We had a great time at Elena’s place - she and her whole family were so hospitable and kind. The dogs are the sweetest animals ever and she was so flexible with our large group.

Very nice place to share with family and with your pets they have the space to walk, play and have fun, the weather was perfect, the very spacious kitchen, the perfect grill area to share and have lunch outdoors, if you don't want to go outside you have the spacious room to rest on the sofa and see a movie, still you can allocate the time for a good volley Diego gives you plenty of facilities to make the stay perfect.
