Great location and very easy to find. Checkin was very easy. Response time from host was less than 1 min ??? Only con: the smell in the bathroom was off putting and extremely strong.

We stayed at David's excellent apartment for 4 nights just before Christmas. Very central location, walkable to most amenities and sights. Supermarket 2 minutes walk, bars and restaurants literally on the doorstep. The inevitable noise generated by the bar and restaurant crowds was compensated for by the terrific atmosphere that they created celebrating the Festive season. David was an excellent host, responsive to our limited queries. Access by key pads and then keys. Would highly recommend.

Milka is a great host, very flexible and helpful and friendly. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the shower hot and powerful and newly installed. There is so much choice for food and drink, would particularly recommend la Piramide for the best mojitos we have ever had for a bargain 6 euros. Also walked to a few different beaches which are clean and well looked after. Would recommend!

We found the apartment very well located, maybe not easy to park but we were lucky enough to have parking by friends, access to the center is quick. The apartment was very clean. We highly recommend it. Stephanie and Luc

Everything great! They are very attentive, they are aware of if you need anything, the apartment is in a great location, both for driving or walking to the places. We will definitely repeat in this flat.

Wow! If you have the chance, book ii! You will not find a more beautiful place or better location. We marveled at every gorgeous designer detail, from the luxury baths to the chef’s kitchen, set in a spectacular loft. It’s in the middle of upscale shopping and restaurants, walk a few minutes to everything right out your door. The host was friendly and instantly responded to messages - including great restaurant advice. Go to Mares Brava for the best local seafood and hidden beach! We chose Cartegena by chance because it was on our driving route across Spain. . We were so surprised by its beauty and quality of life. Lots to do and see. The Roman amphitheater was a highlight, maybe a 5 min walk. There is a set of stairs up to the apartment but very easy. Highly recommended!

We were allowed to stay longer spontaneously, which says it all. It was a great time and we felt very comfortable. Feel free to come back anytime.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We have just come back from a 5 night stay at this villa and everything was beyond perfect! Antonio sent super clear instructions and directions a couple of days before our arrival, along with the house manual. We travelled with our 16 month old baby and all the equipment we needed was provided with no additional cost. We paid to have the pool heated (which I highly recommend!) as it meant our little one could enjoy it too without getting cold. The villa itself is super spacious and very clean and tidy. Antonio and Elena have provided lots of amenities to ensure you have everything you need for your stay. Antonio was super responsive and checked in with us most days. We had the best time making memories here and hope to come back again soon! Thanks so much 😁

Wonderful and comfortable place. Very spacious and packed with everything you need for an excellent stay. It is within walking distance of downtown and near all the attractions but on a quiet area. The garage is a most welcome feature. If you have a car, the beaches recommended by the host are a few Km away and worth the travel. Would definitely come back.

The house is very nice and clean. It had everything you needed and was very well-equipped. The pool area is very nice and more so at night. The kitchen is very spacious. We enjoyed cooking in it. The owners were always available for anything. The only bad thing is that it is not handicapped accessible. A tip for the owners: you should put a handrail on the entrance stairs because my mother is elderly and she missed it. Overall, the house is highly recommended.

If you want to spend time in a calm and beautiful place close to the sea, this cozy house is your perfect choice. The house is small and cozy, has a lovely design, and has everything needed inside it. We were in love with the terrace. I want to say a huge thank you to the Fátima, who was so friendly and supportive during the whole period. If you lack impressions, in 30 minutes by car, you can see a lot of beautiful natural spots, castles, and interesting towns with old architecture. It was a great vacation; thank you, Fátima.

From the first moment we made the reservation and throughout the stay Alicia was very kind and nice, she helped us and advised us with everything. The house is incredible, we were a weekend and we were eager to repeat, we have enjoyed it a lot, very good location and totally recommended.

Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.
