This was a perfect place to stay to appreciate the beauty of Puerto Natales and Patagonia. Not only was it comfortable, had all the expected amenities, and a beautiful view. It’s also built and operated as a self-reliant off-the-grid building to emphasize the efforts to preserve and maintain the natural beauty of Patagonia. The hosts were extremely friendly and met us to let us in and give us recommendations. They confirmed some fantastic restaurants as well as things to see and do. Overall this was a fantastic place to stay and enjoy Patagonia.

Everything was perfect! Fabi really took care of us during our stay. She gave us recommendations and also provided prepared breakfast bags in the room, perfect for our day trips ! The room was very cozy, clean and comfortable and we really felt like home. The accomodation is close to the bus terminal and parking is possible in the front. I really recommend staying at Fabis apartment when in Puerto Natales!

I stayed here for two and a half weeks, that's one of the reasons why patagonia is one of my favorite regions! I stayed a long time compared to the usual stays, and I was able to see that the whole team is great with all the guests: welcoming, always ready to help, full of good recommendations, funny and so on. They made me feel like a member of their "family," and I loved sharing our meals together. The hostal is a 5-minute walk from the city center, I was there in the fall so it was quite quiet. They offer many transportation services to the park or airport, rent equipment etc. Everything is clean and well kept every day. The kitchen is well equipped and accessible from 12pm to 10:30 pm, and breakfast is very good and hearty to recharge before a trek. The common area is really welcome, sofas, books, computers and games available. Once again a golden team, I hope to come back soon thank you for everything!♡♡

We were a group of six Canadians and all really enjoyed our stay with Veronica and her son. The told us stories and shared the history of indigenous people in Chile. Our rooms were clean and our beds made daily. Veronica was very welcoming and accommodated our early morning breakfast request (5:30am) as we were being picked up for various tours. The homemade yogurt was fabulous and the freshly baked scones.

It is a very nice, nice and comfortable hostel. It has very good common spaces and a very rich breakfast service. It is only a couple of blocks from the Plaza de Armas, where you can find restaurants, tour service, rent car, etc.

We have stayed in Airbnb’s worldwide, but Carol’s cabin is the best! Carol is kind, warm, and generous - a perfect host. Her homemade breakfasts are a highlight: fresh bread, cakes, jams, fruit, yogurt, granola, juice, and coffee. The cabin is modern, spacious, and stylish with hot shower, comfortable bed, high-quality linens, smart TV and fast internet. We loved the friendly pets and scenic walks. Carol’s always available to message with and provided great local advice. She is more than just a host and tries to anticipate your needs, even driving us to meet a tour when we ran short on time! She even had a chilled bottle of wine waiting that we enjoyed in the sunshine on the front deck. This is more than just a stay—it’s an experience. We felt like family and gave Carol a hug goodbye. A must-stay in Patagonia, especially if you don’t want to be right in town. The cabin is about 50min walk along the waterfront into town which suited us perfectly. Taxis are readily available for $5 USD.

A quiet place, cozy, clean, good heating and it is very appreciated that they have coffee or tea available free, in addition to the breakfast that is ready from the night before, so you do not delay in your adventure. Location is good, you have business and restaurants, the bus terminal is close although with our big backpacks we prefer Uber or taxi and you arrive in 5 minutes.

Patricia and Hector were extremely kind hosts and their home is beautiful. We loved the generosity of breakfast included and also the chance to have conversations together during breakfast. The house is very close to the waterfront and this was wonderful with incredible sunsets and view.

I spent five days at Don Pedro's. His hotel is located right next to the bus terminal, the bed is very comfortable. Don Pedro is very kind and helpful when needed. I would stay here again.

Casa Cogler is a place that has everything you need for a memorable stay. With spacious, bright rooms, beautiful relaxed and recently built. It is a cozy and warm place from where you can enjoy from all its spaces(living room , breakfast room and rooms)of the beautiful views of the surroundings of Puerto Natales . Loreto is an excellent host. Always available and close ( I appreciate all the gluten-free food she provided for me ). We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay and felt comfortable. The place is super clean and breakfast is ok. Special feature: every morning there is something different homemade for breakfast, very sweet! Due to the location, we recommend a private car for appropriate flexibility. Unfortunately, the road is always audible at night.

It's a cozy hostel in Puerto Natales. We stayed upstairs. It was clean and well furnished. The receptionists were very helpful. We had a good stay for 1 night.

Had an amazing stay at Sandra's place. Tucked away a few minutes walk from the city center, the place is very quiet and peaceful, tastefully and beautifully decorated, and offers a home away from home. Shall stay here again if in Puerto Natales. Thank you Sandra!
