Beachfront vacation rentals in Puerto Nuevo

Stunning views!! And just the perfect place! This was our first time to Manatí, but it won’t be our last. Literally steps to the beach, and everything you need in the apartment. Del Marchiquita a 2 minute walk, and some neat places to explore up and around the rocks. Found an awesome cave!! This location is stellar! Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, and a well thought out kitchen. Everything was super clean! And Carlos and Lilly were AWESOME to work with! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Want peace, privacy, yet fun things to do? This villa offers it all! Our family had a great time walking less than 5 mins to the private beach, pools, and tennis courts. The area is super safe and quiet yet a 10 min drive to restaurants and shopping centers. The unit was clean and offered all the kitchen and bath basics, and board games. I loved the traditional furniture and decor! The host was super responsive and helped solve last minute issues. She left fresh fruit and ice bags for us and water bowls for our dog, and even let us check out a bit later. We loved our stay and will be returning soon!

This Airbnb had everything we needed and more! The place was beautiful, very clean, and in a great location. The host was incredibly responsive and made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

Carlos and Lilly were great in communicating and quickly answering our questions. The unit was very clean and well stocked with an amazing balcony overlooking the ocean--and you could easily hear the waves. While we were staying here the power, unfortunately, went out for the entire island. We were lucky to have only been without power for about 18 hours when other people had to wait days. There were LED lanterns for our immediate use, which came in especially handy, and Lilly helped us with the garage, which was on a backup power supply. Even with this blip, my family's trip was great. The beach, right in front of the unit, was amazing and very private. Although you could not swim here, it was a short walk to Mar Chiquita beach, which was sheltered and had amazing water clarity. Frutos Del Guacabo, which is only about a 5 minute drive away, is a neat local farm with fresh produce (fruit and veggies) from Puerto Rico. I had the best pineapple and mamey sapote--ever--from here.

This was a great getaway in local Vega Baja! The blue flag beach in Puerto Nuevo was walkable (or a super super short drive if you’re not up for it), the local eateries were amazing (check out Ocean Bakery, the quesitos tasted exactly like my abuelita used to make and their tripletas are still making me drool thinking about them!). Martha couldn’t have been more accommodating or nicer, super responsive. The house smelt the cleanest of any AirBnB that I’ve ever been in, a very refreshing scent of cleaning products and sea air. Would absolutely stay here again with my family!

Beautiful home, great place to hangout with friends and family.

We stayed in Diana’s condo for 6 weeks. From start to finish we felt at home, comfortable, and surrounded by a lovely landscape. There were 3 pools and a beautiful open-air community house; one pool was a very short walk from the condo. As many others have noted, Diana provided beach chairs and towels, a big umbrella, and coolers for picnics at the beach. The beach was a five minute walk, plenty of space to enjoy the diving pelicans, breaking waves and lovely vistas. Diana recommended several great restaurants - our favorites were nearby Oasis, and KGB in the shopping center. Cerro Beach was a short drive and the perfect place to swim, and spend an afternoon. Punta Salina’s Beach was a bit further but worth the time there. Diana was always helpful, replied promptly, offered suggestions. I never actually met her, but grew to think of her as a good neighbor. Her dad, Adrian, installed a battery back up which would be welcome if we lost power. We highly recommend this Lakeside villa!

Paul was helpful from the very beginning, he helped us find another apartment close by for my in-laws to stay in and was super responsive to every question we had. It was such a treat to wake up and drink coffee and watch the sunrise on the porch in a place so beautiful and peaceful and close to the ocean. We chose to stay in Manati to be close to the rock climbing in Ciales, about 30 mins inland, and it was just right for that too. Thank you Paul, I hope we’ll be back!

We stayed during the beginning of our trip after a red eye flight. Check in was smooth and just as described which was a plus because we were exhausted. When we woke up the next morning we were able to take in the amazing views ! Pictures don’t do it justice. The place is so spacious and has many updated features. Beds were comfy and place was clean. We were a group of 4 (3 adults, 1 child) and the provided items were more than enough for our 3 day stay. Added plus that we were provided with shampoo, conditioner and washer pods! I can’t say enough about the place! There’s a super market and bankers less than 5 min away. If you are thinking of staying here, don’t hesitate to book, the views are amazing and I loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean . I’m already looking forward to when we come back !

Angelica's place is beautiful and she communicates very well. Unfortunately we were not able to stay due to an island wide power emergency. I wanted to write this review because Angelica handled the situation perfectly and professionally. She communicated well and provided an option for a full refund if we were unable to stay. I did get to see the condo and it was beautiful. If I am ever able to return I would not hesitate to book with Angelica. She gets 5 stars.

We had such a wonderful stay at Cindy’s Airbnb! Cindy was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the start, making sure everything was in place for a smooth check-in. Even stayed up until 2 AM to let us in when things at the airport didn’t go as planned. She was super proactive—reaching out ahead of time to let us know the island had no power. (No need to worry as she has solar power and a cistern) we were not at all affected by the blackout situation. We loved the visits from the dogs on occasion and they are the perfect touch to make the place feel like home. The place itself was clean, cozy, and had that perfect beachy vibe. The pictures do not do the view justice. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with just the right amount of privacy while not being too far away to do activities.

Stunning location with breathtaking views! The beach out front is best for lounging, but a short 3-minute walk takes you to a swimmable one. Fully stocked with beach gear, and the patio is lively with cute crabs and lizards—great for kids. Would absolutely return!

Place was very close to the beach and to many bars and places to eat. We had family staying in the upstairs apartment which is the best scenario. Marissa was very responsive and quick to help us out. When we ran out of gas, she had someone go out immediately and take care of everything. There were beach chairs and coolers available to take to the beach which was a very short walk away.

Luis place was as described. Right on the beach with spectacular views of the ocean. The kitchen was not fully equipped for the amount of people that can hold. There was not enough silverware, glasses, plates, pots for cooking, etc. We were aware that we needed to bring our own bath towels and beach towels, due to COVID reasons, but for us that live locally was not a major inconvenience but imagined if you have to flying from overseas in with your family and need to bring a towel for every member of the family. You would probably need 2 pieces of luggage or more just for the towels.

Great beach getaway. Loved the ocean view every morning and there’s a cute location not too far (in car) to get coffee. The water takes a while to get hot but it eventually gets steaming. My personal favorite was the cute swing, so relaxing.

Great place to stay and go to the beach. Everything was great. The locals are so nice and everything was close.

AMAZING!!! That's the best word to describe my stay... The view was awesome.. the location the BEST and the place was outstanding... From the moment you walk in you can see the beach and the relaxing environment of this place.. Go down the stairs and there is your own private beach.. BBQ... and space to hang out with family and/or friends... Thank you for making my stay a GREAT one...
