Monthly Rentals in Puerto Real

We had a great stay at Shalyanne's place. It's exactly as described, clean, cute decor, good kitchen, nice bathroom & shower (with instant hot water!), and helpful magazines with local suggestions. I really enjoyed a nice little table with two chairs outside for breakfast in the morning. I didn't work on this trip, but the wifi seemed good. The location is good too - a little further from the main strip by the beach, so it's nice & quiet and literally minutes from anything on Esperanza by car and maybe a 10-15 minute walk to the promenade. 10-minute drive to Sun Bay and Media Luna beaches as well. The whole island lost power for a few days, but Shalyanne was super proactive in checking in on us and giving us updates. Her instructions were always clear, and she is very responsive. They also have an adorable little weiner dog who lives upstairs and likes to come by for a visit if you're open to it! We loved it. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at one of the other apartments this host has last year and decided on this apartment for the trip. it felt like we were coming home every day. The neighbors are friendly, the location makes it easy to walk to the Malecon and also ro El Cocal Beach. The apartment was quite comfortable and had everything we needed. The hostess is proactive and very responsive. We had booked an extended stay and then had an emergency back home and had to leave early. Julia was incredibly gracious and understanding. We will definitely be returning here again.

We had such a wonderful stay at this charming little place! The neighborhood felt safe and the home had everything we could possibly need, and more. We especially appreciated the beach items provided, so we didn’t need to bring our own or have to buy them. The guide book was helpful with all the great recommendations. Hao was a great host. Very responsive and flexible. Check in was super easy and the house is very comfortable and charming. There were beach chairs, snorkeling kits and other beach items that came in very handy for us. The location cannot be beaten as it's only a short walk to the Malecon and Sun Bay. There is also a grocery store walking distance. The kitchen was very well equipped which made it easy to cook when we wanted. Loved the casita and the privacy it afforded us from the rest of the "main house" guests.
