We had a great stay at this property in Bucerias. The location was perfect and close to everything that we needed. Walkable to the beach, many restaurants, shops and supermarkets. (The house is located at the top of a hill and there is quite an incline to get up and down to the beach. Also, there is a large set of stairs inside of the property to get up to the house, so I would not recommend this property to someone with mobility issues). The accommodations were beautiful. Lots of traditional Mexican charm. The house was fairly clean and you can see the owner has started to do some updates . As someone who likes to cook, I would have liked to see some more cookware and sharper knives in the kitchen and maybe newer countertops but we were able to make due with what was there. Having a blender was an added bonus and we were able to make some frozen drinks to enjoy pool side. The hosts were wonderful and easy to get in touch with to answer any questions we had. Great for the price

The place is brand new, good location at walking distance from the beach and village, very clean. Minor: front door locks need changing; water pressure in the kitchen was very low. I suggest adding a drinkable water jug.

Super well located, close to everything! Safe!! As well as the photos, all the amenities! I would definitely stay with Ivette again, the extra attention was incredible, always attentive to our arrival and departure, to give us recommendations, help us every moment, it was a very pleasant experience! Very happy with this place! Everything is perfect!

This is an absolutely beautiful spot in a charming location. Multiple levels make you feel like you’re in a castle above the trees. The sound of the river across the street is very peaceful, and you are just a short walking distance from the town. Situated in a little neighborhood, you don’t feel like you are in a resort area. The house itself is stunning and romantic. Highly recommend!!

This is a lovely home on the El Tigre golf course that has option for Club membership via Playa Royal for beach and sports access on stays of 14 days or longer. There is a shuttle from the golf club (closest) but with small kids we rented a golf cart that made transportation easy and flexible. There were three bikes which we used every day to ride to the club and beach. The casa is modern and well appointed with a small private pools but there is another large pool 50 m away and adjacent to that a shallow splash pool that the little kids really enjoyed. The staff on the property (security) and those at Playa Royal were top class. The food and service at the beach club was excellent. The owners communicated promptly and were kind enough to let us stay a few hours past normal checkout time before our flight. Paty, who cleaned the casa on our arrival and once more during our stay was lovely and very helpful. I highly recommend this home.

Our stay at Adriana's place was positive overall. Hector, the co-host was very responsive, promptly providing missing items during our check-in with Esther's assistance. The town home comfortably accommodated our group of 5 people and offered great amenities including air conditioning on each room and a swimming pool. The location has pros and cons. While conveniently close to the airport, there is a challenging intersection nearby that lacks proper lighting and traffic signs. We also experienced persistent sewage odors from the street, particularly at night, though this was beyond the host's control. Also, the gates to park our car were a little tricky to open. On the positive side, the area felt secure with good security measures in place. I would recommend this property for its responsive host, comfortable space, and airport proximity. Future guests should consider the street odor issue in their planning.

We were happy about the place. It was clean and close to the ocean. Had some great amenities. Wish we understood Spanish a little more but that’s an us problem. I never received check out instructions so we just cleaned up the best that we could. We had a very relaxing week. Thank you.

The house is super comfortable, it has everything you occupy for a happy stay, excellent air conditioning, very bie mattresses, fans ok, it has 100 washing machine, kitchen, the pool is incredible. The safety is very good, I qualify with 100 percent the stay, what if it is 30 minutes away is the seawall since there is usually traffic. If you are driving without a problem. My family was happy

The house was exactly as advertised. Loved the big couches! The two beach chairs really made things easy when we visited the beach. Christina was proactive in warning us of a coming storm and checked we were ok. I would happily stay there again. Thanks.

Samantha, the administrator of the villa, was quick to respond to all our requests and questions. She is a very jovial and friendly person. Access to the beach only a 10 minute walk from the villa was appreciated, however, the amenities (restaurant, pool, bar) were not due to the reconstruction of the space. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning in all the rooms worked great. Some utensils and cauldrons would be worth a change. Very nice stay!

everything is according to the photos and description, many food places and Walmart is close, the truth is very good and everything is very clean,, highly recommended on my part

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood is private, and quiet, and the three pools were great. This is walkable to the beach which was very convenient. Would recommend for families or larger groups.
