In reality villas present themselves a lot prettier than in photos on website. The area and surroundings are beautiful, calm and quite. Place is perfect as exit basis for exploring and sightseeing Tuscany. Rooms and beds are adequately big and clean. Kitchen and utensils are in sufficient quantity. Pool is clean, water warm. There’s no need for a battle for lawn chairs. Jacopo is very helpfull, communicative, serves his help everyday. The place is worthy of recommendation. We spent our holiday time comfortably in quaint area. All the best!

The villa was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. Swimming pool with toys outstanding. Pizza oven and bbq fun to use and a beautiful peaceful garden. Walking distance into Castiglion which is a beautiful old town. Would love to return.

Andrea is a great host. The stay was amaizing and the support received from Andrea during stay was priceless. The place is wonderfull with great view and outstanding privacy. I will recommend Andrea as a host and his place as great choice for holidays.

The property and grounds are amazing. The town nearby was fun to visit with everything you need and lots to see. You are also in easy driving range of the other main Tuscany towns. The villa is really a dream place, we were able to enjoy the house, the swimming pool and the hot tub and the breathtaking view and of course Tuscany, from the villa are Florence, Montepulciano, Siena etc within an hour to reach a car is necessary given the location of the villa. The villa has all the comforts and the communication with Brigitta is excellent, really our best holiday ever! We will definitely come back!

Stunning home in the middle of a lovely vineyard (Probably one of the best homes on AirBnB). It's even more beautiful in person - full of art, thoughtful design/luxury finishes, and Tuscan charm. Highly reccomend!!

Absolutely wonderful space for our five days in Tuscany with four adults and two toddlers. It was too cold for the pool to be open but we used the heated tub a couple days. Heads up about the tub- it took 1-2 days to fully heat up bc it is heated by building a fire. Then once it heated up it was wayyy too hot, so then it took a day to fully cool down to be safe for humans. It was a fun adventure to figure out!! There was so much space for the kiddos to explore and play in. The view is breathtaking. You are far enough from the towns to feel like you can completely relax but also close enough to do day trips to nearby towns. Heavenly week! There’s a cute farmers market on Friday mornings in paciano where there’s a cheese stand that had the most incredible cheeses! Leslie the point of contact person was super responsive and welcoming. The wind slammed the door shut one morning which locked us out but Leslie acted quickly and was able to get us back in remarkably fast! Best week ever!

Incredible Tuscan countryside villa! Beautiful home with gorgeous views. Bedrooms were roomy with room for 6 adult guests to also have our own bathrooms. Nestled on a hillside amongst olive groves with an infinity pool that is serene and lush. 2 kitchens and an outdoor patio to enjoy the late evenings and watch the beautiful Tuscan sunsets. Leonardo and Claudia were amazing hosts. It was my birthday when we were there and Claudia brought over a cake for us to enjoy. They are the sweetest, kindest people! They also had so many recommendations for us for eating, shopping and activities. One of the recommendations was to have Lorenzo come to our villa to be a private chef for dinners. We did and we were so happy with that experience. We also booked Lorenzo to wine tour with us one of the days we were there. He drove us around to some incredible towns and wineries nearby. Highly recommend this place and we hope to come back again!

Very nice place. At the end of a road so zero traffic and zero noise. Perfect to rest. Pool is big, lots of long chairs to rest, ping pong table, arrows, barbecue place, etc. Perfect for multiple families as apartments are separated into multiple areas so everyone has privacy. Massimo was very nice and helpful. Just a note (it is written on the page but we missed it): AC charges are to be added to the booking. We used 5 rooms and it only costed us 70€ for a full week so it’s not big deal. But worth knowing.

We had an amazing stay, the views from the villa are absolutely priceless - quintessential Tuscany. The villa itself was spacious and well equipped for making meals at home. Everything needed for baby was provided. We were sad to leave! Thanks Caroline for the wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time in Tuscany! We were able to make use of the pool on the first day with our two boys, 7 and 4. We visited Pienza, Montepulciano and Montelccino. We also purchased two of the wines from the estate. Alex made everything very easy and was a great host!

The house was great with amazing countryside views. The rooms and common areas were spacious. Our favorite spot was the enclosed patio dining area where we had breakfast every morning overlooking the rolling hills. The hosts were great, very responsive and helpful.. One of the hairdryers was not working but Maurizio got us 2 new ones in no time. He also gave us recommendations for restaurants. Awesome hosts!

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

From the beginning, Marlene was an excellent host and Stijn, a most excellent property mgr. The house is even more beautiful in person. This is a magical place for tranquility and relaxation. The house is pristine and has all the amenities , we immediately felt right at home. We asked and they recommended farm to table cooking classes, and nearby towns to visit. All excellent experiences. Wonderful memories were made cooking and grilling, picking herbs from the garden. We enjoyed this truly spectacular home. The views from the hilltop where the house is located are breathtaking. There is a beautiful infinity pool and a great barbecue area. Watching sunsets and star gazing . We had just celebrated our daughter’s wedding and traveled from Rome and the serenity and Zen of the house and surroundings were just what we needed. Stijn took great care of us. We will return to this slice of heaven on earth. Thank you Marlene for sharing your beautiful home with us. It exceeded our expectation

Deb’s place was immaculate and the pictures don’t do it justice! Deb is the most responsive host I’ve had while using Air BnB. All of her recommendations were amazing! The town itself is quiet and charming. We did the cooking class she offered and the chef was great with our kids and this place really was the one of the highlights of our vacation! 10/10 we will definitely be back in the future!

The house is really great, the surroundings and the view are fantastic. You absolutely have your peace, can use everything in the garden, especially the pizza oven we liked very much. By car, you can reach the village in five minutes. We had a great time and would be happy to come back, communication and cleanliness were also great.

We rented Jacopo’s place with 17 people for anniversary and had an outstanding time! He stopped by frequently to check on us and give local recommendations. The villa is amazing. So good we were considering buying it!

What a lovely week we had in the vacation home. Very neat and wonderful the space around you, just outside the city but feeling like you're outside. And the view, enchanting. Very friendly people who want to do everything for you. And then even more luxury, the pool. Wonderful to cool in. All in all, really great! Highly recommend.

We were already contacted by Emanuele in advance. He sent us the directions so we can easily find the house. We were very warmly welcomed with regional specialties and wine. The stay was great, we felt very comfortable. During the stay we received a lot of tips regarding food and excursion options from Emanuele. He was very helpful and always available. I'm sure we'll be back.

Unforgettable experience at this beautiful property. Each of us 12 of us enjoyed maximum comfort and relaxation. Spacious and cozy rooms, well furnished common areas, fully equipped kitchen, garden and outdoor terraces from which the view is breathtaking. A fascinating place! We absolutely recommend it to all those who love tranquility and want to visit the most beautiful villages and cities of Umbria and Tuscany.

Francesco is nice:) He brought us welcome pizzas and dessert. His response is instant. The place is quiet which provide you completely private place. Just a bit far from town if you cannot drive yourselves. If you have cars, it is not a problem, just few minutes drive from town. The place looks exactly the same as the pictures, clean and tidy. Definitely enough space for 8 adults. Recommend.

We really enjoyed our one week family holiday staying in this villa. The house, garden and pool are as described and absolutely gorgeous! The weather was extremely hot so we particularly appreciated the beautiful pool as well as the possibility to eat outside in the well shaded area overlooking the pool. Also, there is a plentiful supply of tableware for outdoor use which is very practical. The location was ideal for visiting destinations such as Assisi and Montepulciano, but it was also great just taking it easy and enjoying the garden, pool and views. The villa is 10 mins by car from CDL although the last part is on unmade roads which can be quite bumpy. We found Google Maps worked best for navigating to/from the villa but led us astray on occasions - Beware! Alessandra was a great host. She was there to welcome us on arrival and explain everything we needed to know. Throughout our stay she was very responsive to our questions and recommendation requests. We recommend this villa!
