At the last floor of a typical Vernazza building, it consists of an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and laundry machine and sea view balcony. The apartment is complete with all comforts and surrounded by greenery. The property includes a terrace, garden and two private parking spaces: 1st from the house 2nd above in MONTEROSSO (about 13 min walk from the historic center)

The sea at home

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

CITRA 011024-LT-0379 🏡 The apartment has just been renovated (2022), it is located at the Riomaggiore marina. 🐠 From the terrace you can admire the picturesque appearance of the colorful houses perched on the wonderful marina port. 🚂 Reachable in 5 minutes on foot from the train station. 👶 Children are welcome, There will be stairs to climb. Due to the saline environment, the lights on the terrace and the umbrella may not always be available.
