The apartment is complete with all comforts and surrounded by greenery. The property includes a terrace, garden and two private parking spaces: 1st from the house 2nd above in MONTEROSSO (about 13 min walk from the historic center)

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.
