Our small vacation home in the middle of the Five Lakes region and on the outskirts of Munich is the perfect place for your next vacation. Sustainably and ecologically built in wooden construction and reinterpreting the idea of a “tiny house” with only 2 rooms. Instead of having to do without something or having to restrict yourself, you will find a high-quality equipped new building with all its advantages, such as underfloor heating, a spacious kitchen-living room or luxurious bathrooms with shower & bathtub.

Studio

A studio that is a kind of annex to the residential building. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-metre-high room with a wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place in a gallery. With wings and garden space, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The SBahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good option for accommodating children. Adults only, so to speak.

Perfect for one; cosy for two. At 20m², our bijou, compact city studios have everything you need for a short stay in Munich. You’ll have a comfy 150cm x 200cm EU double bed, a kitchenette, complete with dining table, microwave oven and dishwasher, washer/dryer, and designer cooking gear. The natural material wood not only shapes the facade, the floor and the ceiling – it fills the whole house with its pleasant scent and creates a unique living feeling. The house was built in passive construction: in summer the massive walls keep the heat outside, in winter it remains pleasantly warm and cozy. Come in, take a deep breath and enjoy the tranquility of this special location.

The apartment (45 m^2) is located in a separate, ground-level annex in the garden of the main house and has its own access. It is located in the quiet district of Buchenhain in the municipality of Baierbrunn. From here you can quickly get to Munich city or the alps. The self-contained appartement is located in the calm district Buchenhain of the community of Baierbrunn some kilometers south of Munich.
