I had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa! From the moment we arrived, it felt like our own private paradise. The villa is stunning — spacious, tastefully decorated, and surrounded by lush greenery that makes it feel like a true escape from the outside world. One of the best parts is how private and peaceful it is. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, enjoying a meal on the patio, or just relaxing inside, it feels like you have the whole world to yourself. There’s so much to do in the villa itself — we spent our days swimming, playing games, cooking together in the fully equipped kitchen, and simply unwinding in the serene atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot for couples, families, or even a solo retreat. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy a luxurious, private stay with plenty of things to do right on-site. Can’t wait to come back!

The place was exactly like the pictures! The bedrooms are so great. It's so perfect for 10+ people because it was so large and spacious. The bathrooms are okay, the only nice bathroom is the largest. The bathroom near the kitchens are very small and there were lots of flying insects. We had hard times finding the villa because it has different location point on Gojek. The amenities and service are incredible! They had everything for eating and cooking. They even had microphone, brooms, and mop. Just lack of mats for us to dry down after swimming. Also, the swimming pool is very nice! Host is very responsive and friendly. We had a great time overall. Thank you very much.

the place was really nice and very comfortable, the only downside were it’s dusty and the pool could’ve been cleaner. however, overall the place looked exactly like the pictures, there was so many space in the house, and everything was enjoyable. just an input, maybe the owner can put cleaning tools around, thanks!

the right place for those of us who are having an event at ice BSD City. The cluster atmosphere is safe and comfortable. Complete house facilities. Complete Kitchen appliances. The living room is a bit hot, so the door needs to be opened even though there is a fan. But the 2 rooms upstairs are very comfortable and cool. Overall we enjoyed staying at this place, and we will likely return to rent if there is another event there. Thank you

Definitely a nice place if you’re looking to stay at Cilandak (TB Simatupang) area. The location was great with good accessibility.

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

Such a great time here.. The place is super quiet and private, with only one neighbor, so it felt really peaceful. There’s so much to do like ping pong, karaoke room.. Everything was super clean and just felt really cozy. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a chill spot to relax and have some fun!

The house is great, the vibe of the old house but the contents are new, very clean. It's really nice for yesterday's visit to work with office colleagues. The location is also on the side of the big road so it's nice to find it. As a host, chris is also very responsive and helpful. Recommended, value for money, a small house within the city of jakarta.

We are very comfortable to spend the night here and mba nur is very friendly. My friend and I spent the night to get work done, the wifi is quite good and the Smart TV is very big, it happens to be used as a replacement for the projector screen.. highly recommended

An excellent place to stay. The house has everything that we need, including good air conditioning and wifi (fast fibre, generally very reliable). The host is very good: one of the best that we know. She is quick to respond to problems and requests. We are grateful that she gave us 3 days free because of our long stay in 2022. Be aware that the house is in a residential neighbourhood so you will have the normal sorts of noises for an area like this. Note especially that the house shares walls with the houses on either side, and behind, so sometimes you may hear repairs from these houses. We had very bad luck during our long stay in 2023 because the neighbours next door did noisy renovations for more than five weeks. We had to leave the house every day (even Sunday). It was difficult because the neighbour and the workmen gave wrong information:first they said that it was one day, then one week etc! However, these renovations are finished and we have made another long booking for 2024.
