Zu Fuß kann man an den Strand (das Meer genießen), Restaurants oder Bars besuchen sowie Einkäufe erledigen. 2023 haben wir die Wohnungen mit Liebe zum Detail neu renoviert und eingerichtet. Wir haben darauf geachtet moderne & traditionelle Elemente zu verwenden um der typischen Inselarchitektur treu zu bleiben aber dennoch neue Technik einfließen zu lassen. Die Wohnungen sind voll klimatisiert & werden durch Klimadecken beheizt und gekühlt.

Place is very close to the sea side in the old town centre also near marina Punat. The place is really comfortable, with freshly renewed space with authentic style and decorations, beautiful location, terrace that is amazing place for evening drink and morning coffee. Also there are bicycles to rent at the place, though everything is really close to the apartment. Free parking during the stay included. Place is romantic and will suit for couples, couples with child, adventurers...

Studio apartment Otto is located in the very center of Punat, only 800 m from the beach. This air-conditioned apartment has everything you need for a family or romantic getaway. Guests can use WiFi for free, and the unit has towels and linens. The apartment consists of a kitchen, dining room, bedroom and bathroom, and free parking is also available to guests. From the very beginning, it was clear that this would be a family business that would be transferred to their daughters, but later also to their grandchildren. Nice apartment (studio ***) close to the sea (100m) and center of Punat, with shops and restaurants. You have parking space, terrace, small kitchen, bathroom and big room with one double bed, radio and TV . Turist information office is 50 m from the house. Notice: shower cabin is 60 cm wide.

Aparmant is located on the ground floor of the house. The guest has a parking space next to the apartment. They are protected from street noise because the apartment is located in the back of the house where they have the peace they need for rest.
