Easy access, located in a condominium that has everything for guests: swimming pool, laundry, gym, concierge, etc. Very good location, beachfront and with sunshade and beach chair service. The apartment is much better than the pictures show. The host and his wife were waiting for us and were very kind to show us the apartment, which is well equipped. Special highlight for crockery, cups (water, whisky), crystal glasses (wine, champagne) and tablecloths new and in sufficient quantity to welcome friends for lunch, dinner or happy hour. Ample, with great division and a beautiful view of the sea, as it is on the 11th floor. Traditional building, with excellent maintenance of the common areas, good location, with bakery and coffee next door and supermarket two blocks away. Staff of the helpful building, polite.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Piriapolis, without a doubt Luis's accommodation is the one indicated, for convenience, both in the space and in the location. Luis and Ricardo (their father) some geniuses, I had a problem with the app and they waited for me until I was able to fix it to make the reservation. The place is identical to the pictures!!! The grillero is excellent, the rooms are super spacious and the living room is excellent. Undoubtedly on the next vacation we will come back to stay with Luis.

This house in Punta Ballena is absolutely gorgeous—truly, the pictures don’t do it justice! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning backyard that leads right to the ocean. The pool was big, clean, and incredibly refreshing, perfect for relaxing during the day. At night, the view of the stars was breathtaking. Inside, the house is spacious, beautifully designed, and offers amazing views from almost every room. The satellite TV was a nice bonus, but honestly, with scenery like this, we barely needed it! If you’re looking for a peaceful, picturesque getaway, this place is perfect. We’d love to come back!

Marcos was very attentive at all times, as was his sister when we retired. The house is just like the photos and really very comfortable to spend a few days with family and friends ! It was all clean, the comfortable beds, the pool and the background is most enjoyable!! I would really come back! The surroundings are very quiet and you have everything close!!

Very well located apartment, close to the main points of interest, very comfortable, great bed, very clean and smelling. Well equipped kitchen, good shower, super comfortable room. Place to feel at home. Unico incoviniente was the somewhat cramped box.

The apartment is very nice and the location is great, steps from the beach. It is very well equipped and the fact that it includes daily cleaning is a plus. Recently I was privileged to stay in an amazing apartment in Punta del Este, and I want to share my experience. Since we arrived, we were impressed by the quality of the place. The apartment has been completely renovated and recycled to new, and everything is spotless. Each corner reflects attention to detail and care, making it a very nice place. The location is excellent. But what really breathes is the view, it's second to none. It's undoubtedly one of the best views you can imagine. Also, I want to highlight the kindness and availability of Andrés, who was an outstanding host. Highly recommended to those who want to rest and enjoy some incredible days in Punta.

The apartment is very spacious, impeccable in every way, excellent location, you can walk to the beach, both to the brava and to the mansa, all the facilities work perfectly, we were left wanting to have a barbecue in the gazebos due to lack of time, impeccable pools, the outside ones with warm water and the inside one warmer !!! I would go back 1 and 1000 times !!!
