The space not only has the entire floor but also has an additional private top floor with grill, tables, armchairs. Super complete. It has everything you need for a complete stay in both kitchen, bathroom and rooms. It is located in the center of Punta del Este so you can do everything on foot, and if you are by car you have a private garage. The building staff is 24hs, super friendly all, has work space, for us super important because we work online, cleaning every day in the depto, 2 beautiful piletas, microcine, yacuzzi, tennis courts, a whole show, we felt very comfortable in the place and well cared for. Lucas is always very attentive and super quick to respond to messages, so give peace of mind when communicating. We'll be back.

Tremendous location and perfect for what we were looking for. We arrived and had a refrigerator plugged in, heating on. Very comfortable hot shower, bed and pillows. The armchair bed tremendous too! Fernando is a crá! I recommend it 100%.
