Monthly Rentals in Punta del Mascarat

My family and I stayed over the New Years and we had a great time. We appreciated the festive decorations on arrival, they made us feel at home straight away. Matt & Inna are such nice people, very responsive and even checked how we settled in their apartment and that everything was in order. The apartment itself is very well equipped and spacious, with a massive south facing terrace. I wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future when we are back for a climbing trip in Altea, hopefully wont be long :)

Very comfortable studio apartment with an amazing view of the water. Can enjoy morning and evening walks straight down to the water and harbor. Comfortable bed and responsive host. We enjoyed!

We had a lovely time at the apartment! The kitchen was super well equipped, including orange press and hand blender. The TV was very big, so we were able to watch nice movie. From noon the sun comes to the terrace, and the terrace was much larger than I thought based on the photo. The arrival is a bit complicated, but you will be sent all the information in a clear way. Highly recommended.

Really comfortable apartment with all the amenities for a great stay,amazing view and quiet peaceful location. Faultless communication from Gunar and even gave me a lift to the bus stop,above and beyond. Transport is essential at this location as stores are a distance away.
