Penthouse apartment right on the beach! The pictures don’t do the location justice. An amazing roof deck with the sound of waves crashing right in front of you. We absolutely loved our stay – one of our favorite AirnBnbs. The building is ideally located on a quiet stretch : there is a cute pool and you can directly access the beach (the apartment had a locker with beach gear including body boards, a beach ball and beach chairs). The setup is very practical with two bedrooms, a nice living room and a well-equipped kitchen. There are two bathrooms. We enjoyed the deck for our breakfasts and lunches. It is very close to Rincon town center (5-10 min by car). It is also great to have a parking spot (there is a spare one as well) and the building is well maintained. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Villa coco! The house is beautiful and well equipped, set in a peaceful beach neighborhood. Walking to the private and quite beach. The beach is amazing, not too crowded, just a few of the neighborhood guests, sandy beach and good waves if you like to surf. The house is perfect, well equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Carlos was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely look for an opportunity to return here!

Rincon is an amazing place for a get-away, and this bnb was a perfect spot for us to hole up for a week to enjoy it. About 10 minutes away from the busy heart of town, it's still walkable to a few nice places to eat, and its location right on Sandy Beach is unbeatable. Sitting on the top deck and watching the waves coming in and the surfers playing in them was a balm to our souls. It's honestly one of the most beautiful locations we've ever stayed in. The power did go out on one of our days there, and there was an issue with the generator which normally kicks on, so things got pretty hot and sticky inside, but the town was thankfully able to repair it by the time we went to sleep. The AC generally worked great and made for a comfortable reprieve from the heat. Also, the kitchen is well stocked, and the beds are super comfy. I'd highly recommend this bnb for location!

Our unit was exactly what we expected, and we had a delightful stay. The location was perfect; right on the ocean and easy walking distance to multiple restaurants. VR was a great communicator and quickly responded to any questions.

This Villa was beautifully situated between the ocean beach and the pool. It is large and spacious and lovely inside and out. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have chosen as better place for our multi-generational vacation. We will be back. Thank you Rafy!

#5 was a really nice ground level apartment for two people. Clean, well-appointed, and amenities like a nice pool, free laundry, internet, a/c, fridge, microwave, basic dishes, and freezer with ice tray. Check in instructions were super clear and easy to follow. Never saw or met the host(s) in person, but that's fine with me, and they have everything down to a well-organized system. Amazing snorkeling just steps away and a 10 min beach walk to nice restaurants. Not cheap, but a very fair price for the location and what you get. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in Jeanne’s villa in Rincón. The location is amazing - beautiful, secluded, relaxing and will lots to do nearby. We booked on short notice and the host went the extra mile to make sure the villa was ready for us. Communication was also great. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The villa is well furnished/stocked, comfortable and exactly as pictured. Thank you Jeanne! Hope we can go back soon!

Extremely clean home and bedding. Modern kitchen with large fridge and gas stove. Outdoor barbecue and pool area was incredible, we barbecued several nights. Several questions we asked the host were answered promptly. Our vacation was SO much better because we had a comfortable, large home to relax in between adventures in. Walkable to Sandy Beach for the kids and surfing for my husband. Location overall great because you're close to Steps as well. I loved reading on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Would stay here again for sure!

Words can not express how much we enjoyed our stay at Luis’s beach house. While the indoor seating and sleeping arrangements may be a little small, it was perfect for our tight-knit family and we didn’t come to this gorgeous island to sit inside anyway! The covered seating/dining area overlooking the back deck and the sea was the best place on earth to sit and relax. The location directly on the beach could not have been better; we loved walking on the basically empty beach and exploring. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a lot of our own meals so we could keep enjoying the home and the beach, but also make sure to try some great local restaurants. We definitely hope to be back!

We couldn’t be more pleased with the Airbnb! It was so amazing! The location could not be better. Four minute walk to steps beach. Snorkeling, beautiful nature, adorable donkey’s. It was just amazing! The cabin and pool were great. Rachael was an amazing host. She took great care of us. We grilled out and enjoyed the amazing ocean view and sunset. Freddie was very easy to work with! The house was exactly as pictured, everything was labeled making it a breeze. From the first minute we walked in, we felt at home. The location was perfect with the beach and restaurants within a minutes walk. We will happily stay at this home again and are already talking about a trip with our adult children.

We loved our time at Deborah's place in Rincon! There is such easy, walking access to so many great little adventures. Each day we would walk across the street and perhaps go snorkeling near the marina, or access the beach going the other direction via a side street and walk on a beautiful and seemingly endless stretch of beach! We loved being able to easily walk to the city center and to the shops or restaurants or the super fun Thursday night market. And our 5 kids loved the on site, private pool! We loved the homey feel of Deborah's place, too. When we had rain, we actually enjoyed spending time hanging out at "home". Thank you Deborah!

The house and location were perfect for our Spring Break family trip. The community felt very safe and secure. The house had everything we needed and more. The outdoor space was especially peaceful with the hammock and greenery in the backyard as well as a great dining space. We traveled around to visit multiple other beaches during our stay but felt most at home right at the marina beach with great snorkeling, fishing and swimming areas. We also did horseback riding and rented paddle boards right in front of the house. Rincon has so much to offer including great restaurants and the people were always friendly. Most importantly we had no significant interruptions during the 48 hour blackout thanks to the great set up with backup solar power at the house.

This may have been the best AirBnB we've ever stayed at....and that in includes many! We had four adults and two grandchildren ages 3 and 5, and the place was perfect. Lots of space, great backyard, only a few yards to the beach. And only a 5 minute walk to the heart of Rincon. And Dujardin was very responsive and helpful. A perfect six day stay!!

Walkable distance to the beach and plaza. Very convenient location that I would recommend for anyone looking to stay in Rincón.

We had a wonderful stay at VillaNicky! Everything was perfect from the house, to the location, to the amenities. Marco has everything you’ll need for your vacation and is extremely helpful with local recommendations. The location of VillaNicky is wonderful - a 10 min walk to our favourite restaurant, Casa Islena (our kids could swim while we enjoyed breakfast) and Sandy Beach for boogie boarding. We loved everything about Rincón and VillaNicky. We’ll be back for sure!

Loved this place. The beach across the steeet is beautiful. We stopped in at Beach house for dinner and the sunset, a must if you have time. we loved the little square with the shops and restaurants. very friendly neighborhoods, felt safe and would definitely suggest booking

We had a great stay here. The apartment is very clean and just as described. It is close to the beach and restaurants. I loved that I did not have to drive everywhere. We stayed during an (unexpected!) island-wide electrical blackout, and the building’s generator came on immediately and we were not inconvenienced by the blackout at all. The owners communicated with us frequently during this time and responded immediately when I had a few questions.

Place is great. Quite. close to everything. and nice swimming beach in the back walking distance! so much better than beating thr crowds at the famous beaches! awesome place!

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Sandy Beach Villa at the end of March with our family (10-year-old son, 13-year-old daughter). The villa is on the first floor of a beachfront building, providing an amazing location just steps from the sand. We enjoyed walking to local restaurants like Jacks Tacos and Casa Islena. Domes Beach is a short drive away and has huge delicious mojitos. Check-in was smooth, and the villa was clean and felt freshly renovated. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the back patio was perfect for relaxing under the palm trees. Each room had air conditioning and fans, ensuring a comfortable stay. Gated parking was convenient, and there were beach toys available for kids. We loved dining on the patio and stargazing from the rooftop deck. Overall, it was quiet and private, with a beautiful setting. The host was responsive and friendly. We highly recommend Sandy Beach Villa for a peaceful beach getaway!
