The Bau House is really a great place to stay where we felt immediately comfortable. Everything matched the description and the pictures. Anyone looking for accommodation near Oristano is very well taken care of here. Daniele was super nice, helpful and had useful recommendations. Would recommend the place to anyone.

Bosa is a perfect place to stay to explore the central and northern Sardinia. In this season Bosa Marina is very quiet and peaceful but with very few restaurants & shops open. But with a car Bosa itself has everything you need. The apartment was exactly as described and was a very comfortable haven for me and my family. It was also lovely having the personalised touch of Pasquina's books, artwork, etc. around giving the space a great feel. And the view from the windows of sea and sunsets was wonderful. In full disclosure, I will admit that the 4 floors walk-up was daunting and not ideal for babies, small children and those not in great shape! But there view was a reward! Another point that was totally our fault for not noticing before booking is the lack of WiFi. Two of the 4 of us staying had planned this as a working holiday - we managed to find work arounds but WiFi provided would have made this perfect. I must emphasize - it was our fault - nothing was mis-presented in the listing.

We really enjoyed the days in Michaela's house. The house is very cozy, has everything you need and is located directly on the beach and surrounded by a beautiful garden. Michaela and her mother are very warm, accommodating and extremely attentive hosts. Highly recommended! Many thanks for everything!

Antonio’s place is exactly as pictured and described. The view is incredible. It was so peaceful and quiet. Make sure to grab groceries before because you will not want to leave once you get there! The road is rough as described and as properly warned an suv is a must! But well worth it. Incredible place to be able to enjoy. Thanks so much Antonio! We hope to come back someday 😁

Calm site with superior wiev of sea, seaside and long golden sand beach with chrytal clear water. The apatman is well equipped clean and cosy.

We stayed with Giuseppe the first time and booked relatively last minute. We were mainly in contact with the co host Daniela. When we arrived we were very happy how clean everything was cleaned. That was really great. The house is well maintained and all appliances work perfectly. Everything was available and in good condition, including bathrooms and furnishings. We had one or the other question to Daniela during the stay. This has made a great effort and was able to help us out great and quickly. We were very grateful for that. We felt welcome and comfortable from the beginning. Our experience as a family in this quiet place and close to nature was very positive and we are happy to recommend Giuseppe's accommodation.

Beautiful and spacious accommodation in close proximity to the beach. Equipped kitchen, large living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The outdoor shower and washing machine were a big benefit. A few meters from the house grocery store, cafe and ice cream. He served lots of bars and restaurants. 20min by car beautiful beach with white sand and azure sea. Alberto was a great host. Vincenzo is super nice! His apartment is pleasantly different from the standard furnishings, we liked the surf style. The low room for children is great and the sunset from the balcony is brilliant. Glad to come back!

Clear check-in instructions are provided. Previously received many videos and photos for access to the apartment and for the "correct" use of the apartment. The location is great, super nice sunset from the balcony or from the sea. The apartment/studio is small but very well equipped. Small kitchen, well suited for simple menus cooking.

The accommodation is exactly as described. Sabrina's hospitality is excellent and I thank her again for her valuable advice. We haven't met Cinzia, maybe next time. The attic room is very warm, despite the air conditioning, and the ventilation at night by draught. Cinzia is aware of this and will try to remedy it. I don't put 5 stars, because with two teenagers, the Wi-Fi has missed a lot, despite the activities and daily visits. I would recommend this place for all the qualities I mentioned. Thank you again to Sabrina. We weren't seen just like tourists.

Great place to stay. Short drive to Bosa and not to far from lots to do and see. Leave the windows open at night and you will fall asleep to the sound of waves hitting the shore.

We spent 4 nights as a couple with toddler (almost 2 years old) in the apartment. The apartment has been small, but perfectly sufficient for us. The terrace complements the room and is almost its own living room. The kitchen is well-equipped, has a large fridge and stove. The apartment is close to the beaches of Turas and Bosa Marina, which is very suitable for children. Bosa and its enchanting old town are just a stone's throw away (about 10 minutes). Day trips (e.g. to Alghero) are also available. All in all, a very good choice. A car is an advantage as the shopping is a few minutes away.

Very nice house with all the amenities you need, even the basics (laundry, shower gels, toilet paper, salt and pepper). The best in comfort with air conditioning. Beautiful terraces to enjoy the outdoors with incredible views. Beach within walking distance for good walkers because it goes uphill on the way back! Quiet neighborhood in the heights. Do your shopping before coming to be quiet but there's a small supermarket to help out.

Gianpietro was a very nice host, we had contact via chat. The house is as in the photos, also very well furnished and very clean! It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beautiful beach. With the wheels available in the house, you can also reach other bays. The location of the house allowed us to explore the west coast very well by car for 10 days. Everything was really so nice overall that we would have liked to have stayed longer. Thanks again to Gianpietro! It was incredibly beautiful! Contact with you was always very helpful if I had any questions!

Beppe is a very reliable host. We were well informed about everything. The house is really as described. Very nice and furnished with everything you need for a vacation. Bed linen and towels were plenty of towels. The location right on the sea is unique. Great sunsets can be enjoyed on the beautiful terrace. A staircase leads directly to the beach. There are various possibilities for swimming as long as the weather and the wind or the sea allow it. We had some stormy sea, which was very impressive. The host is not to blame for the fact that intensive construction was still in progress. We arranged. For shopping there is a small market with very friendly staff. Larger shops are available in Bosa. The Wednesday market in Alghero is also worthwhile. The restaurant in the village has delicious pizzas, an advantage to reserve a table. So we will be happy to come back. Thank you Beppe!

We spent two weeks in Torro del Pozzo in Alessandra's beautiful house. The view from living room, the bedrooms and especially from the terrace simply is amazing! The interior is friendly and spacious. The kitchen is small but very clean. There is a patio behind the house that is lovely when it's hot. We loved the small beach by the house just a two minute (steep) walk from the house! Parking the car proved a bit tricky, since our van was a bit oversized for the small (and again very steep) driveway. Turning the car in front of the neighbor's garage always took a few minutes but we preferred that to driving up the driveway backwards.:) The road is close but was rarely heard, the restaurant across the street (bar del capitano) makes great pizza! :) We loved our stay and really recommend Alessandra as a host and the villa as home base to discover this part of the island!

Sonia and Andrea are very friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment was cozy, very clean and well equipped. Located only 5 minutes away from the village beach. We would have liked to stay longer.

The place is nicely located on the slope with great views of the sea. You could walk to the beach in about 15-20 minutes. The beach was great and the bars were great. In the village there was also a cafe, a few restaurants and a small supermarket that was well-stocked. The place is super nice, everything is as described on the pictures and the ad. Tamara is quickly accessible and Lucia was on site immediately if we needed help.

Clean apartment, very nice very well located with an unforgettable terrace! (Covered for rain very sheltered from the wind and with a clear view directly of the sea) Direct access to the beach is lovely. Kitchen is functional, clean and well equipped. The bathroom is very nice and the comfortable rooms..

Federico came to house to meet us which was nice. His partner Dori speaks perfect English and kindly supplied instructions in english. She was very responsive and extremely helpful recommending restaurants and places to visit. We both really enjoyed our stay at Sea Land. We loved sitting outside under on the veranda in the shade and it was so peaceful. Only a short walk to the beach and a restaurant and bar was just along the beach. Putzu Ido is a small quiet place which is what we really liked. Thank you for all the food and drinks left for us to keep us going until we went to the shops. The house was very well equipped and we felt at home.
