Independent apartment in a villa with garden 150 meters from the sea. Independent garden with indoor parking space. Outdoor spaces furnished for relaxation or outdoor dining. Outdoor shower. Furnished patio. Accommodation on the upper floor with four separate rooms: kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom, twin bedroom. The house is supplied complete with bathroom, kitchen, and bed linens. The rooms are bright and airy, and the accommodation can be air-conditioned. Distance from the sea 150 meters.

Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.
