Historic Linton Post Office

Welcome to the historic Linton Post Office. This beautiful character filled building was built in 1880 and operated as the Telegraph / Post Office and Post Masters residence for over a century. There are many reminders of the past displayed throughout the charming house. The picturesque township of Linton has a rich history with European settlement dating back to 1839 and the first gold found in 1855 and continued to be found until 1880's.

The Overseer's House at Eurambeen

The Overseer's House at Eurambeen is a comfortable fully equipped four bedroom farm cottage which we have recently updated. It has all you need for a great stay on our farm. The house is private and completely self contained. The Overseer's House is part of a working farm and looks out over our paddocks where you may often see sheep Kangaroos, Wallabies and birds. There are beautiful views, comfortable beds and above all peace and quiet.

Relax in this beautiful 1880’s cottage set on half an acre in the foothills of the Pyrenees. 300m walk to the local pub, serving great hearty meals, cold beer and local wines. Summerfields winery is a short 15 minute drive, serving amazing wood fired pizzas and some of the Pyrenees ranges best wines. If you are looking for something more local and rustic, Horvat estate cellar door is only a few hundred metres down the road.
