Our guest apartment is absolutely brand new, transformed from an old typography workshop to a sophisticated design space. The furniture was created by hand using local and eco-friendly materials or renovated old pieces. There is a King size bed with super comfortable mattress and premium quality pillows, a work desk with a library, a sofa that turns into a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The large industrial style windows open directly space to the veranda where our guest could enjoy their lunch or relax to the deck chairs with an unrestricted view to a central soothing square In spacious bathroom, you will find a big shower and a storage space with many extra amenities and comfort facilities like washing machine, hairdryer, first aid kit and toweling. The space has high-speed internet and is designed to be accessible for persons with special needs. Every space or supplies in my property are available to use. I allow a flexible arrival time best for my guests and also I m accessible frequently because of living and working in the neighborhood. It’s on a quiet street next to a pedestrian area, with small squares where people gather to eat or shop from artisans or collectors. Walking distance (3-4 minutes) by metro stations of lines Monastiraki (line 1 & 3) and Thissio (line 1). Monastiraki station has a direct connection to the airport and to the Piraeus Port too. Using metro or by car/taxi arrive at the Larisis Train Station to central and northern Greece. Parking using a low-cost card or at private parking to the next block by a daily fee (starting from 5€) Don’t hesitate to ask information about current cultural and social events around the city during your stay. You love plants you ll enjoy the majestic cacti everywhere, especially in the living room and on the terrace. The flat is on the main street of a quiet neighborhood in the center of Athens. The city's historical center, Mount, the Grand Park in the Areas and the magnificent National Museum are all within easy reach.
