Fully equipped kitchen, laundry and charging TESLA EV. Radiant heat means no air exchange with upstairs unit. New BBQ added in 2021. Pool patio has sunshine from mid morning till late evening. Large outdoor dinning table with umbrella seats 6, plus various lounge chairs on pool deck.

Nestled in a peaceful and upscale neighbourhood, our home boasts high ceilings, creating an open and airy atmosphere that's both welcoming and spacious. The property features a pristine pool, perfect for summer vacations, as well as a barbecue and fire pit, where you can savour delicious outdoor meals and cozy evening gatherings.

Secret Cove Escape

This cozy home gives you the best of both worlds, surrounded by mature forest with an ocean view. Take in the view from the private patio off the master bedroom or the patio, off the living room. Watch the birds from the patios by day. On a clear night, you'll experience a quiet star filled sky and perhaps spot a bat or two. Away from traffic noise, this is a quiet getaway. My place is pet friendly, limited to one pet.
